Very relaxing and quiet
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Staff was polite. The location was ideal close to a lot of restaurants and close to the mall.

Decent stay, but they really should charge less because of it feeling like an older property
Pros:

It’s a good location near the mall and restaurants

Cons:

It’s an older building, a bit rundown in some areas of the property, like my shower, the elevator, etc. just all appear old and not as well maintained. They have obviously remodeled parts of the rooms and lobby, but it just still has an older feel to it

We were only there 1 night but that morning told the story. It was disgusting.
Pros:

At first I had no real issues and I gave you a good review on one survey, however things changed when I got up that morning.

Cons:

When we checked in we were given a room that already had a guest. We unlocked the door and found all their belongings. I normally check beds, furniture everything for cleanliness and spray with Lysol. This time we got back late we were exhausted and unfortunately, I did not. This morning as I stripped the bed and collected dirty towels, I found the mattress was disgusting. It was filthy dirty. I am so disappointed and angry. I thought I had found a place to stay that was reasonable in price with a good reputation. We are very upset.

The greeting counter for checking in/out, the Staff was very unprofessional. The room walking in smelled funny, ac kept turning completely off, had to slam the door to make sure lock was engaged, toilet moved around, not secured to the floor, stains on sheets and pillow cases, and in a bad part of town. Sad because it was 7 mins from the coliseum, where we were gonna go for a concert. The concert was cancelled, and believe it was a sign to pack up and get out before dark.
