Very disappointed and will not be booking at this property ever again.
Pros:

The location & price was decent

Cons:

Was not told that the WiFi was not working upon booking. Had a very important meeting on zoom so when I went down to ask about the WiFi, the staff was very rude and passive. Took a loss because I originally booked for 2 days and cancelled the 2nd day due to the rudeness plus no WiFi. Ended up spending more money somewhere else but satisfied overall with the other hotel

Great place and great value!
Pros:

We love that it was close to several restaurants. It was very welcoming. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious and the room was nicely decorated. We would definitely come back to this property.

Cons:

The only concern we had was how to adjust our thermostat in her room. A very nice lady came and helped us figure it out.

Not bad for the proce
Pros:

Sasha at the front desk was very quick and friendly 😊
If they ever open the pool, it looks like it would be nice but, door to the pool stayed chained and locked the 2 days we were there 😞 Room was nice, except for the hole punched in the bathroom door. Hallways needed some Febreeze 😷
Good stay for the price 🤷

Felt threatened by night hotel desk staff
Pros:

July 24, 2026
12:00 am
Room 104

People are laughing, talking loud, slamming doors and have been since about 10:00. We doze off, and they wake us back up about every 15-20 minutes. We are very surprised that the front desk isn’t doing anything about it. We are in the 2nd room down the hall from the lobby. We feel that there is no way that they aren’t hearing this at the desk.

12:15 am

It’s after midnight so I walked down to the front desk – only a couple of rooms away from the front lobby – and there was no one there. I called out – no response. I waited, called out again and then knocked on both of the office doors. No response.

So I went back to my room and tried to go back to bed. Loud noise continues. Anyone out in the lobby should be hearing this.

This time I tried to call the office, but the phone in our room does not work. Dead (and the 110 plug-ins at the light switch are not powered if the light is turned off – phones not charging. And the AC is either too hot or too cold with just 1 degree of temp change. And the carpet feels wet. I could continue but this is not about the poor condition of the room)

12:30 am

Loud voices and laughter continue. I went back down to the front desk and there is still nobody there. I called out again several times and still no answer. I knocked on the doors again and no response. Finally, another guest who was walking outside came back inside to tell me that the office person is sitting out in the driveway in a chair outside.

I walked through both glass sliding doors to talk to her. She got up out of the chair, smiled and asked how I was doing. As she and I both started walking back into the hotel I started to tell her what I came for. I was NOT angry or shouting. I just wanted her to ask these people to quieten it down. She continued to walk right past me while making zero eye contact and not listening to a word that I was saying. I stopped walking, and asked her to just stop walking and listen to what I was saying.

At this point everything changed. She turned to me sharply with an angry face. She fully extended her arm pointing at me and raised her voice to tell me that “You are not allowed to get aggressive with me”. I was astounded. I asked her what she could possibly be talking about and she said that the second I asked her to stop and listen, it was a sign of aggression. From that point forward she repeated that statement like it was a mantra and she talked over anything I tried to say. Then she made several more steps in my direction while she was pointing and speaking loudly at me and repeating her statement.
At this point, I felt like I was personally at risk of a physical attack from this woman. I put my hands in the air and walked away from her – I walked in wide berth to avoid any contact – and I went to my room. Now I was scared for our own personal safety. Up until now she did not know my name or room number. Now she knows what room I’m in because I’m sure she saw me go in. At this moment, we are wondering if we are going to get a surprise visit from her or one of her friends. She surely has a pass key and could easily enter our room.

My traveling friend and I would have driven out of the hotel right then, but neither of us should be driving at night. We are 74-year-old white women, and I’m pretty sure that has a bearing on the treatment that I received.

We waited until breakfast started before we came out of the room. I went to the desk and asked about hotel policy regarding the desk having anyone on duty at night. I was quickly informed that the desk is supposed to be manned 24/7. Your hotel’s night shift certainly was not being properly staffed on 7/24/2026. The two young women at the desk asked pertinent and caring questions, so I told them what happened. They were visibly disturbed by my recount of events and asked if I knew the name of the woman that I had this encounter with. This woman was not wearing a name badge like all of the other hotel employees that I had interacted with earlier in the day and displayed nothing that could identify her as a hotel employee. Then they asked me if I could describe her. It easily boiled down to was she a young woman or an older woman. I told them she was at least in her 50’s. They immediately knew who I was talking about, and assured me that this would be reported and dealt with. I couldn’t get out the door of your hotel quick enough.

It’s been 4 days now since this event, and no one has attempted to reach out to me for any comment or details, so I’ll assume that nothing has been, or will be done about this woman.

My travel friend and I will NEVER choose one of your hotel properties again and I intend to cancel my membership with you.

At the very least you owe us an apology and you should refund our money for this room that we were not allowed to get any sleep in.
