Decent Price and Location
Pros:

The price is decent, but the hotel is older and not the greatest condition, but it isn’t bad. The service is very friendly and the rooms are clean. It has Old fashion rooms. The curtains were broken when we arrived to the room. The bed is firm and pillows are really soft. The breakfast is included and it was decent and hot. The TV in the bedroom doesn’t work that great. It’s always cutting out and most channels don’t work. However hotel is in a great location to food and shopping.

HURRICANE CLEAN UP BASE CAMP MOTEL
Pros:

This is a MOTEL that is hosting HURRICANE CLEAN UP CREWS. They have been there for months.. There are ALOT of them. Their trucks crowd the parking lot. They over come the early breakfast crowd, wipe out the breakfast offerings as they pack their personal to go plates. They are not reprimanded by breakfast room staff. They hang there work clothes outside the rooms and smoke. Our room had a very strong stale odor. Stay next door....

Best Breakfast
Pros:

Always stay here when we vacation in the area. This gore feels like home. Very clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and comfy sheets. Best full breakfast in any hotel around. I highly recommend Best Western Hendersonville, NC!

Pros:

The location was convenient. The staff was pleasant. The pool was good.

Cons:

Room has a misty smell and even though it had air conditioning, the room was humid. Don’t have a clean feeling.

Pros:

What a great hotel you could tell it was older with outdoor corridors but it looks like it had a new renovation the room was in good working order and very clean the pool had a nice blue look to it with good pool deck the staff were friendly and helpful it had a breakfast that many choices with REAL COFFEE even had a Mexican restaurant on sight for night dining the things that made this place special was the value it wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive but it was a fantastic balance of price and luxury I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I’m in the area

It was a good stay

Cons:

When arrived the hotel clerks were flustered. Keys didn’t work and had to go back to the front desk. No direct route to desk. Had to go around pool through parking lot. Wrong message on tv for welcoming .
