Wrong room to start off.
Door to room was stuck and required force to open and close it.
Tv didn’t work.
Cement bag pillows.
Aircon turns off intermittently.
Required to pay for parking over and above accommodation.
We stayed on the 9th floor, the view to the city at sunrise was spectacular.
Only 1 chair in the room.

The location was perfect as my partner was in the Concord Hospital and I found it easy to get there and back. The room service was also delicious and very fast.
The bed was the worst I've ever slept in at a hotel. The springs were digging into me and even made noises when I rolled over. Also there was no table to be able to do bookwork or eat at.

Parking instructions are non existent before arrival. For the cost this high there could be a bath tub.
Sehr netter Empfang. Alle an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich!
Das Geschirr (ich kann es nur vom Frühstücken beurteilen), war teilweise nicht sauber, ebenso die Gläser. Manchmal mussten wir unsere Gedecke und Bestecke selber zusammen suchen, weil es nicht „nachgefüllt“ wurde.
