From arrival to departure, the staff were amazing. The crown plaza is a beautiful hotel.
We stayed at Crowne Plaza Sydney when we went to see Ed Sheeran, the location was great! It was a 15min uber to Accor Stadium. The place was really clean and comfortable. The check in staff were friendly and accomodating and let us check our bags in early while we waited for our room to be ready as we had an early flight. The pool area and bar was awesome! Little extras like complimentary water was appreciated. As were the complimentary fortune cookies, Valentine’s Day chocolates and ice blocks in the foyer!
The cockroaches, the HOTELS hair dryer catching fire and smoking up my room, the rude staff, getting over charged in drinks?

The lights in the room keep flickering
Great location, excellent staff.
Staff were all very helpful. Some inexperience but still nice and polite.
Didn't like the children in the rooftop bar at midnight for the fireworks. It was like a kindergarten party. Ok for 9pm maybe but not midnight. We watched from our room having paid $100+ each for the rooftop party. Serving Staff were brilliant and food/canapies really good.
