Väldig fint hotel. Ligger bra och fina rum. Badrummet lite små och glasvæg mellem badrum och sovrum, så rummet ljuste upp om man skulle på toaletten på natten. Inte alla kunde engelska, så lite svår att kommunicere. Imponerande kontinental frukost, vill faktisk kalla den en buffet.

iyi bulduklarımız - odamızın temizliği ve konforu - çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaları - ikinci günde temizlik yapılırken tüm malzemlerin yenilenmesi iyiydi.
kötü bulduklarımız - kahvaltı kesinlikle çok kötüydü bir çok şey soğuk ve bayattı (chery domateslerin arasında çürümüş olanlar vardı, kuruyemişler bayatlamıştı, mısır gevreği bayatlamıştı, menemen patates ve diğer sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler soğuktu, ekmekler sertleşmişti, meyveler eskimişti) 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre değildi - havuz çok kirliydi ve konumu çok kötü (terasta) birçok oda havuza bakıyor, girmedik bizde.
- 704 numaralı odada kaldık ve üst duş başlığın suyu az akıyor tamir edilmesi gerekiyor.

It was advertised that there would be an outdoor pool, there was but the problem was that there was no water in it.

It was advertised that there would be a 360 rooftop bar/restaurant. It was a construction site.

Unfortunately, I booked this stay just for these two factors and got none of it.

Pros:

At arrival with 4 people we have been told that the hotel is booked out despite of a fix reservation. At the end we had to find another hotel late in the night and we have got the feeling that the staff also was not really trying to find a solution or to assume responsibility. We just have been told to get in contact with hotels.com. So, I can't recommend this hotel and will not book there anymore.
