Pros:

El personal muy atento. Las instalaciones limpias y cómodas. Su ubicación muy buena, un lugar tranquilo para descansar.

Cons:

El baño no tiene tapetes y es peligroso salir mojados. Para que saliera el agua caliente tardaba demasiado, una de las llaves de la regadera no funcionaba bien. El WiFi no llegaba bien a nuestra habitación.

Pésimo servicio, de 3 habitaciones que renté no tuvieron el agua caliente suficiente para que todos mis familiares se pudieran bañar, los colchones muy duros. Me ofrecieron un reembolso del 10 % por los inconvenientes el cuál no se realizo.
Una horrible experiencia en este hotel que no tiene ninguna estrella, no. lo recomiendo para nada.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, cerquita del centro caminando. El personal muy amable. Las camas grandes y espaciosas y la vista chula del volcán. Está bastante apacible y se duerme bien.

Cons:

Mi habitación no tenía wi-fi y sólo funcionaba cerca de la recepción. El tapón de la tina no funcionó y no pude llenarla. La luz LED de la televisión está muy intensa y no deja dormir.
