Alles in allem perfekt für unseren Zweck.
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft und Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir das Frühstück draußen mit Blick auf den See genießen. Die Entfernung zum Olympiastadion ist super und die Location sehr gut per Auto, Bahn oder Uber zu erreichen.

Cons:

Zimmer 149 war sehr laut. Die kleinen Schimmelspuren an der Duschwand waren nicht schön.

Eine sehr erholsame, ruhige und idyllische Auszeit von der Alltagshektik
Pros:

Es gibt dort ein sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet, und das Frühstück kann man sehr idyllisch auf der großen und schattigen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Havel genießen.

Cons:

Tatsächlich wäre es toll, wenn der Bus 218 beim Hotel etwas öfter als einmal pro Stunde fahren würde. Der Bus selbst bringt einen aber bestens zu den S-Bahnen stadteiwärts und Richtung Pfaueninsel!

Skvělá lokalita, nádherná příroda a jezero v okolí, pohodlné parkování. Dobré vybavení pokoje a pohodlný stup do zahrady a jezeru. Milý personál.

Cons:

Vnitroblok ubytování pokud je někdo na balkoně je slyšet i v noci a propojení terasamy vede také hluk. V letních měsících může být náročné bez klimatizace být na pokoji.

Die schöne Lage am See

Cons:

Keine eigenen Parkplätze für Gäste , Dusche im Badezimmer Fugen mit Schimmel befallen und Duschabtrennung in der Ecke ziemlich dreckig
Getränkeautomat funktioniert nicht ,Sonntag und Montag Restaurant geschlossen sehr schade

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr freundliches Personal, Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage (es waren sehr heiße Außentemperaturen), kein eigener Parkplatz, kein Badezugang zur Havel vom Grundstück
