Nette Unterkunft mit ein paar Haken ...
Pros:

Die Lage genau an dem See war sehr schön. Ebenso war das Personal Nett und Freundlich.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Die tolle Lage, zieht aber auch eine gewisse Abgelegenheit des Hotels mit sich. Zum Bahnhof und auch zum Stadion ist die Entfernung einfach zu groß und ist dadurch nur schwer zu erreichen.
Daher wir beim Konzert waren, das Hotel Nachts nicht mehr mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen war, waren wir jedes mal auf ein Taxi angewiesen.

Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste da auch bei diesen stolzen Preisen etwas gemacht werden. Zudem waren bei dem schönen Wetter nicht einmal Sitzkissen oder eine Decke draussen am Balkon.

Und nun etwas, was uns wirklich sehr verärgert hat. Es wurde geraume Zeit vorher versucht, unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht zu verkürzen, daher es uns nicht möglich war früher anzureisen. Über Booking wurde dies schon direkt abgelehnt und im direkten Austausch mit dem Hotel wurde die Verkürzung dann auch nicht zugelassen. Das allein finde ich schon sehr Grenzwertig, daher wir diese Übernachtung nun nicht nutzen konnten und wir dafür einen Dreistelligen Betrag in den Sand gesetzt haben. Noch viel freundlicher war aber dann, dass wir auch noch das Frühstück zahlen mussten, anstatt aus einer Kulanz heraus einem entgegen zu kommen. Dies war der Mitarbeiterin auch selbst mehr wie unangenehm! Ich für meinen Teil, werde trotz der schönen Lage, dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich zukünftig nicht mehr Buchen. Denn Kundenorientiert und Freundlich ist das definitiv nicht und das kenne ich zu günstigeren Preisen definitiv anders!

immer wieder gern buchen
Pros:

das Hotel liegt am Wasser und ist vom Wald umgeben, absolut für den Urlaub geeignet und
eine tolle Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Berlin
eigene kleine Anlage , sogar mit Strandkörben

Cons:

wäre prima, wenn man die Getränke auf dem Zimmer kühlen könnte
