The cleanliness. They didn’t change the bed sheets, didn’t replenish the shampoo, soap, etc. and didn’t sweep the room. Just replenish the toilet paper and change the towels on every service.

Our stay started out fine - we checked in with no problems. The pool was clean and warm and we enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby. We were bummed when the fire table outside would not start but things happen and it was not a huge deal. The only part that was a bit upsetting about it was the way the staff was uninterested in helping or trying to start it for us when we asked. This was frustrating but not the end all. The next morning we headed to breakfast which seemed minimal and the juice (orange & apple) tasted sour like it was no longer good. We were pleased to hear check out was at noon when we asked during breakfast so we headed to the pool and planned to take our time and get ready for a full day of birthday plans for my daughter. However, after swimming we went in our room and started getting cleaned up and packed when the housekeeping lady who watched us go in our room and not exit proceeded to open the door to our room after one short knock 4 or 5 different times in about a 30 minute time frame. After the third time I was upset because she opened the door and started to walk in while my child was getting dressed in the open bathroom. After this, I locked the latch/hinge bolt and told her we would not be out until 12 at our checkout time and to NOT enter again. I do not understand why she would continue to wait outside of our room and try to enter so may times. Overall the hotel was clean and amenities were clean and that was appreciated - however, we do not plan to stay at this location again nor will we recommend it due to the staff (and also a little bit because of the questionable breakfast).

My heater in 510. Was very loud an sounded like popcorn or crackly every 20 min and I couldn’t sleep. Wasn’t going to complain and switch rooms at 3:00 in the morning

The rooms were smaller than I’m used to and the variety available for the breakfasts seemed more limited than normal

How dirty the room was. There was orange mold growing in the white shower. And a used towel was left behind. Dirt on the floor and the comforter had stains on it. But they where having computer problems downstairs so people couldn’t check in or change rooms so I had to clean the room myself it was just neglect. I used a washcloth but the soap in the room to clean the mold off the shower so gross.

Our room was not clean. There was dog hair everywhere. It smelled of chemicals which permeated the air filter in my CPAP. The condensation from the shower dripped brown fluid down the door. The TV didn’t work. The toilet was dirty. The walls were dirty.

The staff was very rude and visibly annoyed at guests for existing.
Beds were not super comfortable. Rooms were loud. Breakfast was pretty bare when we went at 8 a.m. (well before closing time).

The sheets were dirty and had a bad body odor smell to them. The comforter was dirty and itchy. There was no toilet paper had to go locate some. The shampoo, conditioner and hand soap were all empty.
