loved the simple clean design of the rooms. very comfy and has all you need.

no bath rug in bathroom. i guess i could use one of towels but they looked too clean to go on the floor.

Tru by Hilton budget value
Pros:

Clean lobby and room, coffee available 24/7. Staff very nice.

Cons:

TV remotes did not work, someone fixed and left TV on but no explanation of which to use and selections to make to watch TV. Third night still no TV. By accident my husband hit on some button and we were able to watch a bit. I would suggest instructions on which remote to use and which buttons to yield end result of being able to watch TV.

Pros:

Everything else we liked.

Cons:

The cleanliness. They didn’t change the bed sheets, didn’t replenish the shampoo, soap, etc. and didn’t sweep the room. Just replenish the toilet paper and change the towels on every service.

Pros:

The swimming pool and overall location/lobby & room were clean. Easy and quick check in

Cons:

Our stay started out fine - we checked in with no problems. The pool was clean and warm and we enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby. We were bummed when the fire table outside would not start but things happen and it was not a huge deal. The only part that was a bit upsetting about it was the way the staff was uninterested in helping or trying to start it for us when we asked. This was frustrating but not the end all. The next morning we headed to breakfast which seemed minimal and the juice (orange & apple) tasted sour like it was no longer good. We were pleased to hear check out was at noon when we asked during breakfast so we headed to the pool and planned to take our time and get ready for a full day of birthday plans for my daughter. However, after swimming we went in our room and started getting cleaned up and packed when the housekeeping lady who watched us go in our room and not exit proceeded to open the door to our room after one short knock 4 or 5 different times in about a 30 minute time frame. After the third time I was upset because she opened the door and started to walk in while my child was getting dressed in the open bathroom. After this, I locked the latch/hinge bolt and told her we would not be out until 12 at our checkout time and to NOT enter again. I do not understand why she would continue to wait outside of our room and try to enter so may times. Overall the hotel was clean and amenities were clean and that was appreciated - however, we do not plan to stay at this location again nor will we recommend it due to the staff (and also a little bit because of the questionable breakfast).

Um bom custo beneficio porém pode não valer a pena se voce tem restrições alimentares

A localização é boa e a equipe era excelente!

Não havia opção de pedir adaptações ao café da manhã, o que resultou em eu não conseguindo fazer a refeição lá em quase nenhum dia

Pros:

Great location, easy access. Very nice amenities. Staff was very accommodating. We had to check out early due to a family emergency and were helpful in the process.
