We switched rooms to a cleaner one which saved the experience.
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Our room was not clean. There was dog hair everywhere. It smelled of chemicals which permeated the air filter in my CPAP. The condensation from the shower dripped brown fluid down the door. The TV didn’t work. The toilet was dirty. The walls were dirty.

It’s was okay. Staff was rude. Won’t stay again.
Pros:

It was easy to get to you.

Cons:

The staff was very rude and visibly annoyed at guests for existing.
Beds were not super comfortable. Rooms were loud. Breakfast was pretty bare when we went at 8 a.m. (well before closing time).

Needs some serious cleaning
Pros:

The location was great as was the breakfast.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty and had a bad body odor smell to them. The comforter was dirty and itchy. There was no toilet paper had to go locate some. The shampoo, conditioner and hand soap were all empty.

Would not stay at this Tru Hilton property again.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The mini fridge didn’t get super cold, there was no freezer compartment, no microwave in room, the hand soap bottle was missing and the shower gel soap was almost empty. There was a clump of hair in the shower drain, the room phone didn’t tell you how to reach the front desk. Towels were super stiff

Not as great as the pictures
Pros:

I liked that there was a pool table and breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

I did not like the bed, it was very uncomfortable, lacking blabkets, the windows did not open. The room was tiny and cramped. I did not like that animals were permitted. The elevators were very rickety and chose to use the stairs so I didnt get stuck. The mini fridge was barely cold. The back of the bathroom door had urine dripping down it. I would not rent a room again, it just wasnt worth the money

I really like the Staff the Breakfast and hot tea and water pool and jacuzzi great and it was so good I had to stay another day I am in the same room again

Horrible while trying to deal with the death of my father.
Pros:

Breakfast never fully stocked. Out of a lot of items.

Cons:

Actually clean my room. We checked in to dirty sheets. Blood, hair and granola. The floors were sticky and the paperwork from previous guest was in the rooms fridge. Toilet was stained. We also found a pill in our sheets. We got new sheets and remade our bed. The bathroom was missing body wash and the conditioner was broken. There was blood smear on the wall. And hair everywhere.

It was like staying in a motel 6 but instead of paying $60 a night… paying $200 a night. Not worth the stay for that price.

Decent hotel but staff was great
Pros:

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed complementary hot chocolate and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic but good. Several things were broken and not working, such as yogurt. Juice was very watered down and ran out of egg omelette.
The blind in our room was broken and part of the wall trim was coming off. Hot tub could have been warmer and cleaner.
