Pros:

Clean. Great breakfast

Cons:

Reservation system was down when we arrived. Staff did a great job getting us a room under stressful situation but were hand cuffed due to system being down. Would normally have asked for a different room since I was across from the elevator. Made it work.

It did what we needed.

It was conveniently on our way

Cons:

The sofa bed in the room and the sofas in the dining area are in serious need of updating! The bath plug kept dropping while showering. The fan for a hot shower did nothing. The staff were great.

Someone needs to monitor the pool.
Pros:

The beds were soft and comfortable

Cons:

There were way too many kids at the pool. Boys were getting towels wet and hitting others. The boys were screaming and pushing other kids in the pool. The same boys slashing and repeatedly get me wet. I went to the front desk, and no was was there. I called the inn, and got no answer.

I must stay in Sherwood Oregon
Pros:

The staff was marvelous. Lisa at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and the woman helping us at breakfast was friendly. The property was incredibly clean. The workout room was top notch.
