exceptional service, made our anniversary so special.
Pros:

The location was amazing, we had a perfect view of the city and the sunset. The shower was perfect, and we loved the robes. The restaurant was very nice, and the service here is exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing, we loved this hotel would definitely go again.

Deposit still outstanding after stay!
Pros:

I had a generally good stay, the check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable and the room service was good with decent food quality.

Cons:

I am still waiting for the refund of my A$100 deposit, and despite contacting the hotel, I have not received any response.
