Room was comfortable. Nice view.
It is hit and miss with this hotel. Sometimes you get a comfortable and quiet room like i did this stay. Other times they put you close to neighouring nightclubs and you get a restless nights sleep. The photos added refer to the latter. Where cleanliness is an issue too.
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
The hotel truly lives up to its “art series” concept — the murals are beautiful and add a unique, creative atmosphere to the space.
While the rooms were impeccably clean, the toilet could be improved with the addition of a toilet brush and perhaps an air freshener or scent diffuser to enhance the overall experience.
Breakfast options were somewhat limited. There were no low-fat choices for yogurt, no option for low-fat milk in the coffee machine, and the oats were prepared with full cream milk only, with no alternatives available.
Parking was a significant issue. Although the hotel has an arrangement with Wilson Parking, it remains quite expensive. If this had been more clearly communicated on the website, we would not have hired a car in Perth and could have avoided the additional cost. The public transport system in Perth is very good and would have been a more suitable option for us.
Convenient location and the mattress is comfortable and good facilities in the room. Also spacious.
I had requested the same room i stayed last time or another room on the same west side of the building. I was given a room on the eastern side of the building. As a result it is difficult to get a good nights sleep due to the thumping bass from nearby nightclubs. I wont be staying here again, I'd rather go to another hotel that can accommodate easy and reasonable requests and where i wont be kept awake by loud music.
Staff were great and helpful. Nice views and good size rooms. Breakfast next to the pool is spot on.
