Pros:

Wonderful hosts! The entire family (parents & daughter) are very nice and helpful. Every question we asked was quickly answered and they helped every time we needed. They are highly involved and very hardworking (present from morning until late at night).
Nice appartment & design, good size, very nice terrace.
The Marzamemi beach is at 100m down the road.
There is a parking place on the property for each appartment (highly appreciated!).

Cons:

Some minor improvements may be needed, such as some of the curtains (some of them have a system that tends to fall off), a more simple system for the washing machines may be helpful.
