Great location.
Pros:

Very clean, very good location, just a walk away from Kokusai Dori street and just an elevator away to a big Donki store (so can shop and just a VERY short walk to hotel). In fact, if you drive, the car park is the same car park for Donki. I love in Tokyu stay chain, there's a laundry machine in your room.

The airport is close by as well. No shuttle bus but it's very close to the monorail.

I would stay here again.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking but it's a big city so can't be helped.

Okinawa's weather is quite unpredictable, and whether you're caught in the rain or sweating on a hot day, having an in-room washer-dryer combo is a massive plus! You can just start a load before heading out, and return to clean, dry clothes ready to wear. It saves so much trouble.
The transportation is also flawless—only about a 3-minute walk to the monorail station, a 10-minute drive to Naha Airport, and a 10-minute walk to the bustling Kokusai Dori. Best of all, there's a huge "Don Quijote" discount store right downstairs with an exclusive entrance for hotel guests. The convenience is just unbeatable!
