Pros:

駅前で翌朝が楽でした。
部屋が広くゆっくりさせてもらいました。

Cons:

お風呂シャワーの根元が外れていてシャワーが使えませんでした。根元をボンドのようなもので固めてた跡がありましたが外れていました。蛇口側があるのでお風呂に入るのに影響はありませんでしたが。
良くなかったのはこの1点だけです。
部屋も広くゆっくりさせて頂きました。

お値段が安いのでサクッと泊まりたい時はいいと思う。
Pros:

コスパはとてもイイ！駅近くなので飲食店やコンビニがあって便利です。シーツは清潔。バスタオル、浴衣、歯ブラシ、カミソリ、冷蔵庫、電気ポット、リンスインシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、ドライヤーありました。
電子レンジが各階の廊下にある。備品も廊下にあって不足したら持っていってイイと思います。
エアコンと電気ストーブがあり冬も安心。

Cons:

全体的に掃除不足です。気になる方は除菌シートで拭いてからの使用をお勧めします。
扉の鍵部分が浮いていて心配だったけど、鍵はかかりました。

恐怖
Pros:

部屋は広かった

Cons:

前に泊まった人の後に、清掃されておらず、使用済みのままだった。チャックインが遅く、満室だったため、そのまま泊まらざるを得なかった。
誰かが入ってくるのでは？と恐怖だった。
ドアが閉まりにくく、自動ロックがかけるにはコツが必要だった。
枕元のおしゃれな壁掛けに間接照明のLEDが点いていたが、消えないため、一晩中眩しくて眠れなかった。
