Locatie was prima
Bij aankomst was mijn telefoon leeg. Dat was 11am om 3pm was inchecktijd. Ze waren niet genegen om mij de mogelijkheid te bieden om mijn telefoon te laden.
Location is closed to the mall. Friendly staff.
Faded print of the remote control of the tv . A slow draining bathroom sink .
It’s close to the night market and convenience stores.
I don’t like that there is no table in the room but I can understand since there is no space for it.
Cafe on the bottom floor
Price breakfast, bed sheets are old and look stained
Good wifi
The rooms have no windows, no hot water, no fridge in rooms, the bed mat was worn out and sagging, the rooms are very small constantly tripping over my things had to stack them up on the floor no cupboards or hanging space, very expensive for what you get, never again thanks
Cold A/C, quiet rooms, and decent bed. But, no space for belongings (no closet or drawers), cold eggs for b'fast, no USB charging (only one plug by bed) and pretty uninterested staff. But, its cheap, so it's fine.
I stayed several days at 1,700ish pesos. Besides the banging of pipes and the loud singing of workers we figured it's just the Philippines. We decided to stay an extra night and this time I paid 1,900ish pesos to get us breakfast.
When I went to get breakfast I was told the printout from the computer said room only. I showed screen shots of breakfast included at 1,900 pesos. After 30 minutes of dense arguing I was told a manager would be there in 3 hours - waited. When I got there the same thing happened no luck and was told the real manager would be there in 3 more hours. After that I went online at X and contacted booking.com. I again went to the lobby and I was told just to make me happy they would consent to 1 breakfast but not 2. I informed them that it was for 2 not 1 and after some more aggravation I was told they would reluctantly give me 2 breakfasts. Ruined my day.
Having to fight for what I paid for.
I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum.
