Osaka Airterminal Hotel

Was very convenient for what my wife and I needed which was a hotel in close proximity to the airport terminal.

Very convenient option for late evening or early morning flights

This was great for an overnight stay after a very long flight from the US to Narita and then to Osaka Itami before heading on the next day to Kyoto. It is located on the top floor of the airport so you did not even need to locate a shuttle bus. The rooms were modern and clean and there plenty of opportunities for eating at the airport. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Very convenient for early morning flights

Since it is located inside the airport, there is no hotel more convenient than this one. While many hotels in prime locations do not offer the best service, the staff at this hotel are wonderful.

Basic and sufficient if you want to be on an early flight next day. Does what it caters for well.

Exactly as advertised….one minute walk to check in, dated but comfortable room, friendly and fast check in. We would stay again if we had an extremely late arrival or early morning departure. Worth wveery yen for the convenience

Comfortable room with all amenities. Very nice staff. Shops and restaurants very close by. The perfect place to stay if you fly in late and need rest.
Room was small, no view. Very quiet. Linens were comfortable.

It is so convenient location-wise, also quiet. the front desk was nice and kind. A chair in front of the desk had red spot and it was the only thing I wasn't comfortable about this hotel, but except for that, it was amazing.

Positive: 1) front desk staffs were very friendly, helpful. 2) very conveniently located inside of the airport (3rd FL) easily found, near many restaurants/shops. 3) quite room. Otherwise, In Japan, we knew everything is small. Room (& bathroom) is very small 1/3~1/2 size of typical US hotel room. Not even enough space for 2 luggages. the mattress & pillows are very firm/hard causing back/ear pain. Ck out time is 11am firm. We opt to pay 2,200 yen for 1pm ck out for extra resting.

Good place to crash for the night after a late flight or if you want to leave early in the morning. Clean and in a very convenient place in the airport. Rooms are small even by Japanese standards, but you're paying for the convenience. Wouldn't recommend for a long-term stay in Japan.

This airport hotel is unique because it happens to be inside the actual ITM Osaka airport making my early morning flight possible & convenient. They provided a small but excellent hotel room for me which was fully equipped with coffee/tea, a roomy desk, real flowers in a small vase (what hotel does that!?) Very nice touch. The bed was the BEST in the world! Quality sheets, firm, & so very comfortable!! This was the 2nd time I stayed here...other hotels in the area just DO NOT compare to this one. Thanks for having me. I enjoyed my stay.

Just what we needed after a long flight from US to Japan. Picked up luggage at Osaka airport and walked upstairs to the hotel. It was great.

Very convenient hotel at the airport.

I had emailed another hotel several times without any reply which made me anxious. I asked the night manager at this Airterminal Hotel if she would phone this other hotel on my behalf to confirm a reservation. She so kindly did this for me using her Japanese. This relaxed me and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation without having to worry.
