Cons:

Weird little pillows on bed. Metal steps on outside to reach room instead of rooms opening to inside hallway. Parking awful.

This is where u want to stay if u are in town for medical Fair prices. Clean and staff amazing
Pros:

Price was fair. We were in town for medical appointments. Money is tight. The breakfast was wonderful and the Twiggs restaurant was wonderful. But we loved the fire pits the best. Our experience was 10+

Cons:

The apartments across the street I understand are part of this property. But they looked run down and I would never ever stay over there

It could be better.
Pros:

The flat was warm, the size was great and the fact that a dish washing machine was provided. The room had stainless-steel pans for cooking. The staff was always helpful.
Also, the location is perfect and there is a free shuttle bus for the city

Cons:

- The internet was so slow, that it was like non-existent. If you want to do some work, staying at the hotel was not an option.
- The fitness room was in a bad condition. There were only two treadmills, no mats or dumbbells
- The room, especially the bathroom needs some renovation. Even though, the room was clean, the bathroom gave you the impression that it was dirty.
- Also, the breakfast was decent. The quality was not great. There were lots of sweet so someone who prefers a savoury breakfast their options were limited. The savoury part was some scrambled eggs and sausages.
- Also, the non-stick pans and saucepans were of no use due to their bad condition. However, they provided some stainless pans which were great

Save your money and book a La Quinta
Pros:

Save your money and just stay at a La Quinta. This place is dingy and old and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The entry way is nice and new, the rest of the place is grungy and outdated. I’ve noticed this place attracts a lot of drunk patrons so if you’re here for treatment at Mayo, consider someplace else if you want a good rest. I stayed at a few places in Rochester through my cancer treatment and this one is the worst by far. The only reason we chose it this time was because it’s closer to the clinic and we’re expecting a blizzard. Never again. I’ll be asking for a full refund. They’ve done nothing to get the loud rooms to quiet them and it’s 1am as I write this.

Centerstone Stay.
Pros:

The availability of Mayo Shuttle..Coffee bar is a nice perk--though pretty sub-standard treats. VERY CLEAN,!

Cons:

Had asked for two beds--got a king.
The soap was like CHALK--insufficient--one piecr--actually almost non existent. Shampoo, etc for one--in a riom for two.

Our bed was lopsided and the pillows are only half size pillows. Also our room was very cold the first night so we asked at the desk and they gave us a little space heater which helped.

Adequate road trip pit stop. Over priced considering how mediocre it is.
Pros:

The front desk staff both PM and AM were FANTASTIC. The room wasn't noticably dirty but it did smell like animals/musty. (We agreed to a room on the pet friendly floor as it was 11pm when we checked in)

Cons:

I felt catfished after entering a nicely updated lobby and then going into a wildly outdated musty room. The back stairwell had an overwhelming fragrance smell. The carpets need to be ripped out and replaced with vinyl flooring. You just can't maintain a clean smelling place with that carpet. I didn't want to walk around the room without shoes. The ac unit was so loud it woke my entire family every time it popped on. Breakfast was mediocre.
