Stressful
Pros:

The shuttle to Mayo Clinic. It was easy to access.

Cons:

I booked a 1 bedroom king suite and was put in a 1 bedroom queen suite. The tv didn’t work so I called to get it fixed. The WiFi didn’t work in our building so I called several times and was told they are working on it. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there.

Overall a nice place to stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

great breakfast. beds were comfortable. location great for Mayo Clinic and pretty much everywhere. Restaurant served great food with lots of variety. Pleasant staff. very quiet rooms.

Cons:

parking was seldom available and the parking lot was behind the building and not easily accessible--had to take stairs up to entrance. Being parking was in the back and not easily viewed it felt sketchy although i personally felt safe it would've been nice to have the parking lot where staff had sight of it and was more lit up....

My stay felt like home away from home!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast! There was a variety of hot and cold options--I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and sausage and my cousin had scrambled eggs, yogurt, and orange juice. The dining area was comfortable and there was plenty of seating.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and it felt quite homey! I forgot to bring a suit so I wasn't able to jump in the pool, but I checked it out and it is nice sized.

Wir mussten aus gesundheitlichen Gründen früher abreisen und auch nach mehrmaligen Rücksprachen mit dem Hotel hat das Hotel keine Bestätigung an Booking com gesendet, dass es für sie ok ist. Wir haben nämlich den vollen Betrag für 16 Tage an Booking com vorausbezahlt.

Pros:

Food at The Twig was excellent

Cons:

Staff was a bit depressing, their appearance with all the black nails, hair and piercings plus attitude made us want to leave. Bathrooms were small and the tub wall was peeling.

Pros:

Breakfast was great -- even fresh fruit. We stay here about once a year when we are in Rochester. Love the hotel and TWigs. We even got an early check in
