Pros:

The shuttle was amazing. It was nice not having to deal with construction. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment type room was nice as well.

Cons:

The room was a little out dated and the bed was not very comfortable.

Overall good - especially for the price!
Pros:

The staff was great, location was great, shuttle and free breakfast were appreciated and very convenient.

Cons:

Our room- especially the shower could have been a little more updated and cleaner. It wasn’t bad enough to stop us from staying again, but could
have been nicer.

I would highly recommend a stay here and I will continue to come back!
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and updated in the main tower. My favorite part was the shuttle service and drivers. Each one of them were so very helpful.!

Cons:

The extended Suites or nice and clean, but they need updating.

I love that our room had a kitchen and there was a restuarant with great food right there, plus the offered a shuttle downtown until 10 pm.

Cons:

Having to walk a lot to get to the pool.

The room had everything we needed for an extended stay.
Pros:

It has breakfast. Our room had a full kitchen. Rooms clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It is difficult to get the hot tub to turn on. We called ahead to check pet policy but upon arrival we were told the fee was per night and not a flat rate like we were told.

Convenient Stay
Pros:

The location is excellent... near Mayo for Dr Appts, and also near Soldiers Field Park and the greater trail system for walking. Having the rooms with a refrigerator, stove and microwave is very desirable for those on special diets.

Cons:

The exterior of the extended stay buildings are tacky. The cleaning wasn't quite thorough in the room... items left on the carpet, not vacummed up.
