Pros:

Great staff. We booked the breakfast as part of the package and found it to be good value.
Pool and gym facilities are excellent.
Rooms were comfortable and tidy. We booked a room with a sitting room and it was spacious

Cons:

Had a bad experience with 1 staff member who used words which you can never use with customers. It was not acceptable and we complained to the hotel.

Hotel incrível no centro do Porto
Pros:

Adorei tudo, o hotel era super central, bastante bonito, e tudo extremamente confortável. O pequeno-almoço de igual modo muito bom. Achei as pessoas excecionalmente simpáticas, um ponto muito importante pois o atendimento no Porto nem sempre é tão bom, e este hotel destaca-se nesse sentido, pessoas muito muito queridas. Tivemos também um miminho no quarto que foi bastante apreciado!
O jacuzzi foi a cereja no topo!!

Cons:

Não quis retirar pontuação pois acho que o hotel merece sim o 10, no entanto achei pouco profissional o meu noivo fazer-me uma surpresa no quarto para os meus anos (com ajuda do hotel) e enviarem PARA MIM a fatura. Foi algo que realmente não se alinhou com os padrões que o hotel mostrou ter até então. Independentemente de terem o meu email no cardex, acho que é fácil saber que se a surpresa foi para mim, não deveriam me ter enviado a fatura.. apesar de ter salientado o lapso, achei o pedido de desculpas que recebi meramente protocolar.
