Pros:

prima ontbijtbuffet; wandelafstand van centrum. geen straatlawaai. uitstekende bar. De receptionist sprak nederlands ! (had jaren in hoogstraten gewerkt)

Cons:

hier viel niets tegen. klein aandachtspuntje : de stenen vloer in de douche en et zwembad is superglad. In de badkamer ligt er een anti-slip matje om te gebruiken ! zeker doen!

Pros:

A very nice hotel in a very good location. The room was very big and comfortable; the location is great, quiet, and near the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful

A lovely hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

A lovely, stylish hotel with great facilities. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was very good. We also appreciated the swimming pool and sauna, most welcome after long days of sightseeing.

Pros:

A simpatia e competência dos funcionários da recepção nomeadamente da Ana Rita e do Gabriel. Fantástico pequeno-almoço com funcionários discretos e muito eficientes.
Áreas comuns bonitas e confortáveis com um serviço de Bar bom e pátio/jardim exterior muito aprazível.
Destaco o conforto e limpeza do quarto, apesar da pouca iluminação geral, com óptima insonorização.
Óptima piscina, com um chão muito perigoso porque escorregadio.
Ter garagem no centro da cidade ajudou na escolha deste hotel.

Je recommande cet hôtel, très agréable, design et confortable. Bien situé dans la ville de Porto avec beaucoup de points
Pros:

Superbe chambre, avec des produits de qualité dans la douche et salle de bain. De jolies attention de la part du personnel (chocolat et macarons) La piscine est agréable et reposante.

Cons:

Piscine un peu froide pour l’automne même si elle est chauffée. Pas adapté aux enfants de mon avis. Elle est plutôt faite pour du calme et de la relaxation.

Good but not sure I want to return

Great staff, good selection in bar and decent food.

Cons:

You are provided only 2 capsules of coffee and the staff needs to control Coffee capsules and water! For a EURO 250 per day this is strange. Also their ECO system on Aircon sucks. We had to call the maintainence twice to get the room cool. They also donot have fans to help with air circulation. Really strange.
