Very comfortable hotel and well located for Porto.
Pros:

Very modern. Very comfortable bed and well located. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet.

Cons:

I personally would have liked the choice of a bath as well as a shower.

Foi ótima e eu voltaria de novo. O único problema que teve foi esse do cheiro do quarto. Não reclamei, pois estava exaus

A área do spa/sauna é ótima! A decoração do hotel é muito bonita e os funcionários muito gentis.

Cons:

Meu quarto estava com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, provavelmente da estadia anterior. Nem deixando a janela aberta o dia todo o cheiro saiu.

Todo lo que buscas en un hotel
Pros:

Este hotel tiene todo lo necesario para una gran estadía en Porto.
El personal es muy amable, nuestras habitaciones eran conectadas y el tamaño estaba perfecto. Pedimos room service las dos noches para los niños y la comida era fantástica y no tardaba en llegar.
El bar era muy tranquilo y también ofrecía excelentes opciones de comida, con una atención amable y eficiente.
La piscina temperada era perfecta para terminar el día. Con un ambiente de música relajante que te deja listo para un sueño reparador.
El hotel está a distancia caminando de un mercado maravilloso y de las atracciones del centro de la ciudad.
Lo recomiendo muchísimo y de volver a Porto con seguridad nos volveremos a alojar aquí.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est magnifique, chambre très confortable, la piscine chauffée est parfaite et très agréable. Mention spéciale au personnel qui a été absolument adorable tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci également pour la délicate attention pour l'anniversaire de notre fils de 8 ans.

Lors de mon séjour à l’hôtel Établissement de Bessa à Porto, j’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel était très chaleureux, disponible et attentif aux besoins des clients, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable.

J’ai aussi aimé le confort de l’hôtel et l’ambiance calme qui permettait de bien se reposer après les journées de visite dans la ville. Les espaces étaient propres et bien entretenus, ce qui donnait une impression de sérieux et de professionnalisme.

Personnel et service juste incroyable de l'accueil jusqu'au départ.
Chambre propre et tres moderne ca fait plaisir de pouvoir voir c'est série en Chrome cast.

Tres bon hôtel moderne et confortable
Pros:

Moderne et propre. Personnel très accueillant. Excellent petit déjeuner. Accès à la piscine et au sauna, nous avons vraiment tout apprécié. L’hôtel est également bien situé. À deux pas du centre.

Große Empfehlung
Pros:

Makellos sauber, wunderschön eingerichtetes Hotel, stilvolle Zimmer, eleganter Spa Bereich, sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Säften und Backwaren und eine perfekte Lage in Mitten von Porto. Nach nur 3 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man schon die ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist auch die Metro und eine Busstation um die Ecke. Man kann aber auch, so wie wir, alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir empfanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als sehr gut. Insbesondere in Anbetracht der Lage.
Ich würde das Hotel für den Preis jederzeit wieder wählen.

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich und der damit verbundene Wellness Faktor ist natürlich stark abhängig vom Publikum. Wir empfanden laute Gespräche (auch in der Sauna), Handys in der Sauna (Social Media Videos wurden sogar mit Ton in der Sauna angespielt) und einen überfüllten Spa Bereich leider als nicht so entspannend und erholend. Da könnte das Hotel Regelungen in Form von vorab zu buchenden Zeitslots und Handyverboten einführen, um Entspannung zu gewährleisten. Gegebenfalls könnte ein Bademeister für die Einhaltung der Regeln sowie der Gewährleistung der Sicherheit eingestellt werden. So war der Spa Bereich für uns nur bedingt einladend.
