Modern hotel
Pros:

Our room was spacious and very clean. We loved the pool, sauna and patio area for drinks in the evening.

Cons:

The bathroom set up in the room was unusual and really didn’t work for us. Particularly the lack of privacy with the toilet. Shampoo was available but no conditioner. Also, the hanging space for the wardrobe was exceptionally small and really no space for items longer than the length of a shirt.
Breakfast was either understaffed or the staff on duty need to up their game, as table is not always set properly and food/drink regularly needed replenishing.

Hotel zum wohfühlen
Pros:

gut gelegenes Hotel , nicht weit von den Attraktionen entfernt. Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Zimmer sind schön und werden täglich gereinigt. Koffer kann deponiert wenn man zu früh im Hotel ankommt oder spät am Abend abfliegt. Fitnessraum hat funktionierende Geräte, Wasserspender und Handtücher, sehr schön.

Cons:

An der Bar konnte man keinen „Amaretto Sour“ servieren, schade für ein 4-Stern Hotel.

Un séjour très agréable au BessaHotel Baixa malgré quelques petits points à améliorer.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix.
Confort des chambres, spacieuses et bien insonorisées.
Bel espace piscine et sauna.
Personnel très accueillant et plein de petites attentions.
Emplacement idéal dans Porto, à 15min à pieds de tout.

Cons:

Pas informé à l’arrivée de la possibilité de commander des paniers pour le petit-déjeuner (excursions).
Sols de la piscine et de la douche très glissants.
Un peu déçu par les tapas de l’hôtel (servis froid).
