Estadia maravilhosa.
Pros:

Tivemos uma experiência incrível neste hotel. Desde o primeiro momento, destacamos a simpatia e o profissionalismo de todos os funcionários. O hotel tem excelentes comodidades e o quarto era simplesmente perfeito, muito confortável, acolhedor e cuidado ao detalhe. O jacuzzi foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da estadia. Mesmo com o mau tempo lá fora, conseguimos relaxar e aproveitar ao máximo o momento.

Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir e que recomendamos vivamente.

המיקום של המלון מצויין.,קרוב מאוד לרח סנטה קתרינה.
יש במקום ספא ובריכה מחוממת.
בחדר יש חלוקים ונעליים.
לצערנו לא יצא לנו להנות ממנו,אבל נראה מפנק.
ארוחת בוקר טובה..
והמון שקעים למטענים,שבימנו זה חשוב.
מלון מומלץ מאוד.

Our 4 night stay was very enjoyable. We felt at ease and relaxed due to the friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable modern hotel. Very good facilities and well equipped rooms. The range of food for breakfast was excellent. Friendly helpful staff & a good central location.

Super hotel, lovely rooms, kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. We found the location really good as well, it took about 15-20 mins to get to the riverside.
We found nice bars and restaurants around the hotel and the whole city. Roomy, very clean, comfortable accommodation, lovely bathroom, good shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided. Robes and slippers also provided. A nice touch!
The pool and sauna were fantastic, a real bonus after days out exploring.

Cons:

A small “moan” but we thought a few more hooks in the room and a few more hangers would have been useful. But we were there in a period of very high rainfall so we had large wet winter coats to dry.

I didn’t see a nicer hotel in Porto.great location
Pros:

It wasn’t a comfortable stay as expected from a 4 star hotel. Not worth staying in for longer than a day or two. Not adv
Pros:

The proximity of the city centre. It was close to the shopping area.

Cons:

It had very strange rooms. We were staying for 8 days in a superior room, where the bathroom and the toilet were separated by a wall, and the washing sink was outside them just about 50 centimetres away from the bed. So everytime one of us used the toilet or the shower and washed our hands in the sink, the water would splash onto the bed! It was very annoying and disturbing. A very weird room st up!
There weren’t enough cabinets or a wardrobe to hang our clothes or even put away our used clothes. I had to hang my jacket our the tall reading lamp and my nightwear on the door knobs!
Though they had a mini bar in the room, they did not provide wine glasses nor regular drinking glasses. Of the 2 glasses they provided, we used one for keeping our toothbrushes and the other to rinse after brushing our teeth. We asked the reception to provide us with a wine glass and a whiskey glass, which they did, a whiskey glass and copper coloured metal water drinking glass. But after three days into our stay both glasses disappeared. We asked the cleaning lady and she said the Bar people took them away. We went down the reception to ask for them again, and the Barman/restaurant manager was being very petty about them giving us a different set of glasses. We couldn’t understand why he was so possessive about them - as though they were crystal jewel studded glasses. We holiday often in a year in minimum 4 star hotels, and we know they all provide at least 4 glasses in each room!
The breakfast was a let down! Both coffee machines delivered terrible coffee! We didn’t know whether they delivered dishwater or coffee, it was that bad! The yogurts were BAD, we took our own yogurts, which we bought from the supermarket!
The waitresses preferred to chat loudly outside the breakfast room instead of clearing the tables of used dishes and cutlery.
