Localização, conforto da cama, tamanho do quarto, café da manhã.

Cons:

Poderia ter a opção de fazer tapioca etc. Na hora, entre outras coisinhas pequenas que poderiam aumentar bastante a qualidade (papel higiênico, por ex).

O funcionários são atenciosos.

Cons:

Fiquei de frente para a avenida e tem muito barulho, alguns comércios com som alto até a madrugada fora veículos de som e motos com escapamento adulterado, já dentro do prédio o isolamento acústico dos quartos deixa a desejar

Tirando o que não foi ruim, foi muito bom

Atendimento excelente, cafe da manhã muito bom, ar condicionado trincando, cama confortavel, não admitir que fumem dentro do hotel

Cons:

Estacionamento, wi-fi o pior de tudo e todos os itens(1mb de 2001 bate ela), não tive como estudar por que nao roda um video a internet
Verdadeiro fracasso de net-wifi
Barulho de bateção de porta no periodo da manhã
Pelo amor de Deus, troca essa internet
E a cafeteira quase nunca tem pó, parece estar faltando os insumos
