A perfect location, a very comfortable and clean room and a very friendly welcome.

A fantastic location, couldn’t be any better. On a street full of cafes and bars, yet very quiet in the hotel. Very comfortable, clean and compact and bijou hotel. Ale was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Pros:

The staff and the owner are friendly. When we checked in, Alc kindly provided us a city map, circling locations of local food and major attractions. The room is clean and spacious, knowing that this is in florence. The hotel location is great, close to major attractions and not far from train station. AC is equipped, though we barely used it in May.

None during the stay.
