Hotel Nella Firenze

Excellent location, with a good-sized room that was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious enough for a pleasant stay, and the location made it convenient to get around. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
The host was very friendly and provided helpful information and recommendations for exploring Florence.

After check-in we were given a map and tons of recommendations for food, views, and tourist attractions! The staff was so lovely and helpful! Also I loved the Lavazza espresso machine in the waiting area.

Perfect spot in the heart of Florence, 5 min walk from Mercato Centrale. The room is small but perfectly adequate as we were out most of the time. The hosts were SO friendly and helpful, great hospitality and happy to give recommendations. So clean, comfy bed, appreciate the TV and the little biscuits in the room!

Roberto and Alexandra were fantastic hosts. Communicated very well, always cared for our comfort. The room was big for 2 of us and very clean. Our room #2 was facing the street but it was quiet and so cool to see the restaurant below us which we visited almost every night. AC and Wifi worked well. The location was perfect for us to visit major attractions on foot, fabulous restaurants around, and close to the train station. We will definitely come back.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the host for her kindness, attention, and hospitality. We truly appreciated everything and would happily stay here again!

Das Hotel hat die ideale Lage – direkt im Zentrum und das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir brauchten und war außerdem sehr sauber. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation gestaltete sich unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

It was a lovely little room, with a very comfortable bed, a TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Everything you need, really, and very affordable. The room was kept very clean, and the hotel itself was well located in Florence, about a 10 minute walk away from the train station and close to other sites such as the Galleria Accademia, and the Basilica di Santa Croce. Roberto, who runs the hotel, was very kind and friendly, carrying our heavy suitcases right up to the third floor (the lift was being repaired)! He gave us great info about the area, and made sure we were comfortable with our room. I would happily stay here again!
