I had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The host was so welcoming and helpful with a map. The room was tidy and the bed was amazing. Perfect location for exploring the city with easy access to buses. Can’t wait to return to this place in Florence!

A perfect stay in every way.
Pros:

The hotel was very charming and lovely, very clean, and the manager was very helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Free coffee, tea, and drinks in the fridge were all free, everything was perfect. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. The location is perfect, very close to the station and the city center; we could walk everywhere. I highly recommend it.

Mi e piaciuta molto la struttura semplice e rustica è soprattutto ho apprezzato molto l'accoglienza che ci ha dato Alejandra e stata gentilissima ci ha spiegato qualsiasi cosa ma soprattutto ci ha dato diritte su dove andare a Firenze vi consiglio di andare se cercate un posto tranquillo è confortevole dove sentirvi a casa l'hotel nella e il posto giusto ❤️

Otelin kendisi kadar sahibi de çok tatlıydı. Bizi kapıda karşıladı ve valizlerimizi yukarı çıkardı. Otelin ortak alanında kahve makinesi, su ısıtıcısı ve atıştırmalık kurabiye, şeker olması güzel düşünülmüş bir detay. Tren garına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Merkezi yürüyerek gezmek için çok ideal bir konumda. Her şey çok temiz ve hijyenikti. Yine gelsem tekrar tercih ederim.

One of our best stay.
Pros:

Everything! We were taken care of in every details. Staff were very helpful and nice. They sat down to greet us and introduced all the tourist locations to us, and provided us with any thing needed.

Cons:

Stairs. But staffs were nice enough to help us carry our luggage.
