La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación y cerca del centro. Una calle con restaurantes pero tranquila a la vez. Es un segundo sin ascensor y ya lo sabíamos pero además se ofrecieron a ayudarnos con las maletas, me parece un detalle. Están con las obras del ascensor que estará en breve. La habitación es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo q necesitas. El baño también es chiquito. Eché de menos algún mueble debajo del lavabo para poder poner las cosas. El aire acondicionado perfecto.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—especially Ale, who was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with genuine warmth and took the time to provide us with a map filled with her favorite local recommendations, which made exploring the area so much easier. Her hospitality really set the tone for our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is honestly the best hotel I’d ever stayed in. 1) Superb location, just 3-4 min walk from S.M Novella station with so many good restaurant choices just below the hotel, a great supermarket CONAD just 2min away from hotel, and 5 min walk to the main tourist spots!
2) super clean and well equipped hotel, you can grab a coffee anytime you want and they provide biscuits, water, tea, etc. Theres also a microwave oven for you to heat up some food. ; 3) Paola and Roberto are super super super nice hosts. They insisted on carrying my super heavy luggage upstairs and down when I came and went. They provided very clear instructions and are super helpful and passionate to aid my travel plan. Super nice people. I really missed them! Thank you both! 4)Hotel is also very quiet which made me sleep so well and wanted to go back and rest as soon as I can every day.

Reservé este alojamiento estando ya en Florencia porque salimos huyendo de nuestra reserva inicial por una mala experiencia. La diferencia al llegar al Hotel Bencidormi fue abismal: el sitio es muy bonito, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, además de ubicación excelente. Pero lo que destaco sin duda alguna es el trato del personal, en especial de Roberto. Nos hizo sentir como en casa y no dudó en ayudarnos con un percance que tuvimos, reflejando tanto profesionalidad como calidad humana. Lo recomiendo al 100%, volveremos sin dudarlo.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with great restaurants and reasonable prices. The rooms are incredibly clean and very comfortable.

We were absolutely delighted by Ale's warm welcome and hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, giving us amazing tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. Her advice saved us so much time and made our trip high-quality.

A cold bottle of water was waiting for us in the room—exactly what we needed after a long day of wandering around Florence! Also, the morning tea and coffee options prepared in so many ways were fantastic. Thank you, Ale, and the whole team! Highly recommended!
