Pros:

Расположение от ЖД вокзала и до центра удобное, легко найти. Номер чистый, матрас и подушки комфортные. Тихо, соседей не слышно. В номере тепло. Персонал гостеприимный. Остановимся тут ещё раз.

Localização excelente, possível conhecer a cidade toda a pé. Ambiente muito aconchegante, caprichoso nos detalhes, quarto limpo e muito cheiroso. Bons jogos de cama e dd banho. Equipe muito educada e prestativa.

Amazing location, amazing room, amazing hospitality! Clean, quiet,spacious room for two people, with everything that we needed for our 4-day stay. Water, coffee available, cookies etc. Extremely comfortable mattress. Everything was taken care to the last detail which means that the owners treat their guests with great thought and respect. Alessandra welcomed us and gave wonderful instructions for making our stay in Florence even more beautiful. And guess what: the only negative aspect of the building (common in most old towns), the lack of elevator, will be solved any soon! 10 stars from us!

Bellissima struttura, pulita e ben organizzata. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Ottima comunicazione per tutto. Facilità di accesso con codici che vengono inviati via whatsapp. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Posizione perfetta. Nel corridoio ci sono sempre biscottini, caramelle, tisane, the e macchinetta del caffè con le cialde.

Przesympatyczna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja chwilę od Duomo i dookoła mnustwo knajpek. Pokój bardzo fajny i cichy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko :) Dobrze się wracało po całym dniu. Czyściutko i przyjemnie. Na miejscu jest wszystko czego możesz potrzebować. Do sypozycji kawa, herbata, ciasteczka. Była nawet melatonina :))))
Obsługa wiedziała, że będziemy rano i chcieliśmy tylko zostawić bagaż, a pokój był już gotowy o 10 😍
Było to niesamowicie miłe.
