THE WORST EVER!
Pros:

Never even got to stay because the staff refused service and did not let me check in and I have proof in my email.

Cons:

Staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. They charged me twice for one night when I never checked in because the desk lady was finishing her shift and didn't feel like doing her job! Absolutely horrible experience and ended up having to sleep in my car because I was too tired to drive after a long road trip! They are the worst! Do not stay with them!

Inexpensive for the location

Cons:

I absolutely did not like the hair in the shower or all the toothpaste caps, nasty q-tips or disposable razors stuck, but clearly visible, behind the sink

Not good place and I GOT BITTEN BY ANT ON A BED ITS TERRIBLE NOT GOOD PLACE ! you’d rather be at RED carpet is cheap and it’s nice. I would like to complain. I wanna get my money back at the palm.

Cons:

It is terrible. I got beaten by ants while I’m sleeping. Not a good place when I get my money back.

Pros:

Close to the beach, less than a block.

Cons:

There are about 15 properties all in a row that Hollywood Beach Hotels owns. They place you at any property they want despite what you booked. They are rude to deal with. But the rooms…. I cannot even begin to describe the filth! The rooms are disgusting. There is dirt on the walls and floorboards. No cups, plates, silverware, nothing in the kitchen to use to make it functional. The bed and pillows were hard as rocks! This place is super cheap and you get what you pay for, nothing! I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Honestly, stay as far away from this place as you can.

If you want to stay in a dirty outdated property that is overpriced but in a great location, this is your spot.
Pros:

The only thing good about this place is the location.

Cons:

It was not clean. The check in process was awful and slow with only one employee (who also was answering the phones) in a small room with insufficient seating. Just by waiting to check in I was able to hear a bunch of complaints from other guests.
