Absolutely gross
Pros:

Close to the beach, less than a block.

Cons:

There are about 15 properties all in a row that Hollywood Beach Hotels owns. They place you at any property they want despite what you booked. They are rude to deal with. But the rooms…. I cannot even begin to describe the filth! The rooms are disgusting. There is dirt on the walls and floorboards. No cups, plates, silverware, nothing in the kitchen to use to make it functional. The bed and pillows were hard as rocks! This place is super cheap and you get what you pay for, nothing! I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Honestly, stay as far away from this place as you can.

If you want to stay in a dirty outdated property that is overpriced but in a great location, this is your spot.
Pros:

The only thing good about this place is the location.

Cons:

It was not clean. The check in process was awful and slow with only one employee (who also was answering the phones) in a small room with insufficient seating. Just by waiting to check in I was able to hear a bunch of complaints from other guests.

I love staying with this company they are good people!
Pros:

I had a ground floor with a view and it was perfect! City and building parking right next to me and I can see the beach from my room. Everyone is very nice and respectful and maintenance is hard working always.

Cons:

I wish I would live here.

Mexican people started partying in the court courtyard at 5:30 AM in the morning yells out the door for them to be quiet. I don’t think they could understand English. They didn’t stop. They were very loud. They didn’t care what we said. Pop machine the pop was expired back in February 2025. The pop came out warm.

Cons:

The gentleman at the front desk when we went and complained that we were leaving after one night was very helpful. He put us up in another room closer to the ocean, which was a lot more cleaner because you can’t get your money back from booking.com which is bad, bad bad

Pros:

Photos of the property online appear to have been taken from a drone leading to believe it was an apartment unit located in a high rise building, and is not. The unit was very clean but housekeeping only showed one time my entire stay(5 days) with a new set of towels, never clean the unit, change the garbage or made our bed. Front desk never answered the phone, but they were professional and friendly when checking-in. Pool needs maintenance, pool water was somewhat dark, and pools are small. Location is optimal!
