Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown

We have stayed at the canopy 36 times this year and still counting - easily one of my favorite places to stay traveling all throughout the week across the state of Florida. The staff goes out of their way for the extras and to make you feel warm and fuzzy.

Visited Canopy for the second year for Thanksgiving Brunch and it was great! The food options and variety was excellent. Nice live music and atmosphere. Catalina my server did a nice job. I will return next year.

Wow, Dayana is lovely. Attentive, fun and makes a damn good cocktail. I appreciated her style, camaraderie and attention to detail.

The canopy roof top restaurant bar is beautiful with a beautiful few of west Palm beach downtown area. The food was excellent and the waitress Natalia was fantastic pleasant , attentive , courteous excellent service. Definitely will be retuning and hope that she will be working when we return.

Visiting soon, Seth T. Did an amazing job helping with the reservation prior to my arrival so that my check-in can be seamless! He also honored my Hilton Honors Program rewards. I’m am truly grateful for his help and understanding!

Love this hotel. It’s our second stay and won’t be the last. Exceptional rain shower. All staff is great. Bernald was a pleasure and so welcoming. He’s a model representative for your brand. The shuttle service is great. Close to a lot of restaurants in rosemary square. Food is pretty good for a hotel. Rooftop is great place to relax and have a drink. Can’t wait to come back

Has an excellent stay at Canopy by the Hilton! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. My room was comfortable, stylish, and well-kept. I truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience

Great stay for me and my friend! We came to celebrate her birthday and had an absolute blast. The complimentary shuttle to and from the main strip and nearby restaurants was such a convenient bonus. The hotel was clean, safe, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome the entire time. The location was perfect and made everything so easy. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an incredible experience staying at the Canopy in West Palm Springs, but the highlight of my stay was eating at Banter and being serviced by Catalina. She had an exceptional attitude and went above and beyond to ensure I had an incredible experience staying at the hotel. I will stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Bernard was great, he welcomed me and my wife with excellence. This our 2nd time staying here this year. We originally came here with our kids in July of 2025. We came from the Orlando area, and will continue visit.

Service was amazing! The hotel is very clean, comfortable and I love the design!! Food and drinks were very good, and I also love the location. This is always my first option when I go to West Palm Beach! Mr. Jose at the Valet Parking was very kind and professional! Mr. Santiago at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional and special to us.
