Very nice
Pool needed to be cleaner and more pool towels and better breakfast choices
The staff was friendly and willing to help.
Breakfast was fine, but it was very basic and there was nothing available to heat up the bread or bagels.
The TV was broken when we arrived, and the maintenance staff told us there was no replacement available to fix it.
Chef LaHoma did an outstanding job with the breakfast spread. The presentation was beautiful, with every item displayed thoughtfully and professionally. The food was exceptionally fresh, well-prepared, and cooked to perfection. The entire setup was spotless and organized, reflecting a high level of attention to detail and cleanliness. We were impressed by both the quality of the food and the inviting presentation. Chef LaHoma’s dedication and culinary expertise helped create an excellent dining experience, and her efforts are greatly appreciated.

Had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport! The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the room had plenty of space—which was especially nice since I was traveling with my baby and there was room for him to move around comfortably.
Everything felt easy and relaxing, and I honestly didn’t have any complaints. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service.
Me gustó el trato que tuvieron los empleados , la dama Melony estaba en recepción el día de mi check in (06/07/26) , esa dama era mucho con demasiado, excelente servicio, ayuda, amabilidad, es una empleada estrella. Melony sigue así porque deberían haber más empleados como tú, tan humana y empatica. También la señora del desayuno de los 06/08/26 -06/10/26 súper amable y servicial.
En general me gusto todo, pero no me gustó que la bañera estaba un poco sucia.

Stayed here for a month through my company. Can’t say enough good things about the service I received here on a daily basis. Every morning for breakfast, Katherine greeted me with a smile and took great care of me. I also have to give a huge thank you to the front desk staff that consisted of Rishard, Kerisha, Melony, and Antwain. They were all amazing!!
I had a wonderful stay. Katherine who serves breakfast, was very kind, very attentive, friendly, and welcoming every morning. Melany at front desk was also professional and helpful. The room was very clean, everything looked new, and the hotel was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great service!
This hotel is wonderful very pet friendly, we traveled with our 2 hearding dogs, the rooms & common areas are keep very clean and the breakfast buffet kept well stocked. Staff members Ares, Toni & Nathalie were great always ready with treats & poop bags for dogs. We where in town to celebrate my mother’s 93rd birthday, this is the 3rd year we have stayed here, it’s location and price are great for the area

Definitely recommend this hotel not just for how amazing and clean it is but specifically for the employees. Rishard went above and beyond with our check in even if it was late, really friendly, nice but especially really professional. Catherine treated me like a queen during breakfast always with a smile and really really nice person. They both made our stay amazing and memorable.
We will definitely be back!!!!
