Pros:

Standard hotel room in Tokyo for a Tokyo price. Almost impossible to move in it in case you have a bigger suitcase (as is normal in this price category in Tokyo). But location was ace and they gave me a room on a high floor as I had asked. Bigger downside, only one elevator, no service elevator, so you had to wait minutes at times because the cleaning staff was using it as well in the morning

Pros:

The staff are professional on service and fluent speaking English. Location is within a 5 minute walk from the terminal of Tokyo Monorail, an easy access to Haneda Airport. Many types of alcohols and wines to taste in the evening before 21:00.

Cons:

Room is quite small for two persons--barely enough to place luggage pieces. Breakfast has limited choices. Coffee and drink machines are at service merely during breakfast time and from 17:00 to 21:00. Escape stairs are locked to be functionless.

Super quiet, comfortable hotel with a great location for both east Tokyo and Haneda airport. Lovely staff
Pros:

Great amenities and rooms. Really excellent soundproofed windows and blackout blinds for a busy stay. The ionised water is also great for washing.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited.
