Pros:

Location was very close to the Haneda monorail. The "welcome drink" offering was thoughtful. The rooms made good use of what space there was. Staff was helpful with bag storage. We enjoyed having different pillow options.

Cons:

Rooms and common spaces were very small and cramped. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and uninteresting for Tokyo.

Perfect for our one night before flying back home
Pros:

Our stay here was only for one night, it was close to the train station and the monorail back to the airport. The rooms were small, but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the welcome drinks for the whole family a nice surprise.

Clean and cozy - great for solo travellers.
Pros:

Hotel location is great - with train stations 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel. Close to restaurants and a family mart as well so it's very convenient. The hotel is in an area that is predominantly office spaces and residential blocks, so it is a quieter alternative that is still very well connected. Rooms are expectedly small, but clean and cozy - great for short, solo stays. Staff was friendly and accomodating. I wanted to extend my stay by an extra night and this was very easy to arrange at the front desk.

Cons:

The room cleaning hours are between 10am-3pm - rooms will not be cleaned if you do not place your room cleaning sign before 10am, and you are unable to occupy or utilise the room during this time period. I put up the room cleaning sign only a few minutes after (10:15am) and it was deemed too late - some leniency would be much appreciated.

Hotel uses a passcode for entering your room and building (between 12am-7am). Although convenient, be sure to keep a copy of your reciept showing your passcode so you don't forget, especially during front desk off-hours.
