Vriendelijk personeel; mogelijk om je bagage op te slaan; veel amenities beschikbaar; toen ik om 11u aankwam kon ik alvast inchecken en kon ik na 3u direct naar mijn kamer; gratis drankjes beschikbaar op de begane grond; de metro, de jr trein, en de haneda airport monorail allemaal in de buurt (<10min lopen); volledig verduisterende blinders

Hotel ligt langs een grote weg waardoor het wat luidruchtig kan zijn vanuit de straat kant; kussen in de kamer is enorm hard maar het leek alsof er andere bij de receptie te krijgen waren; ietwat kleine badkamer

Nice location, close to the 2 metro stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice option to pick the pillow. The bed was big, a little tough, but ok. Nice option to pick smoothie/soup during the breakfast, additional to buffet.

Cons:

The breakfast was fine, although not excellent. The coffee and tea was served in the paper cups, they didn't taste very well. The room and bathroom felt really small.

Exceptional location and outstanding service! A perfect stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho was absolutely perfect! The location is incredibly convenient; we were able to walk to the Tokyo Tower in just 15 minutes and reached Ginza in about 30 minutes on foot.

The hotel’s proximity to public transport is a major plus. It is very close to several subway stations, especially the Hamamatsucho Station, which was a lifesaver for our trip to Haneda Airport via the Tokyo Monorail. It made our departure so much easier!

The staff's attitude was excellent, always welcoming and professional. We would like to give a special shout-out to Angela at the front desk; her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference in our experience.

The amenities were great (choosing your own pillow is such a nice touch!), and the neighborhood is packed with fantastic restaurants just a few steps away. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for comfort and convenience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect night stay before the early flight.
Pros:

Great staff. The lady was super helpful and friendly.
Room was comfortable. Just enough for the small stay.
The location is very accessible from the station.

Cons:

The pillows in the room were all hard. Some places has one hard and one soft.
There was the option to choose the pillows from the amenity section I should have picked softer ones up before I went to bed but I noticed about when I go to bed. I couldn’t be bothered to get up and go back to the amenity section again.

Good for a short jetlag stay but consider separate rooms if you have a lot of luggage
Pros:

Location was great to arrive from Haneda and continue on an early Shinkansen on the 2nd day. Very helpful staff. Awesome night view of Tokyo tower (photo is not from the room but it was of same nearness and visibility) as well asa great start and endpoint for a daily trip around Minato, Imperial palace and Odaiba. The free drinks and snacks were a nice touch

Cons:

The shared bed is small and packed with furniture in a small room. Made it hard to open multiple luggages at the same time.

Basics. Does the job for the price.
Pros:

This property is the basics and bare bones. If you’re looking g for a cheap place to rest your head near the monorail for the airport that is what you’re getting.

Cons:

The staff were friendly but there was only one person I could see working at a time. Japan is obviously very safe for tourists but I didn’t feel good about that from a safety POV. The location is not great - if you’re there for business in the world trade centre or nearby, great or wants a nearby train line (like me) it does the job. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

Pros:

Удобный отель, уютный, дали номер с отличным видом, можно выбрать подушку, взять пижаму, все нужные принадлежности

Cons:

Когда я заселялась, стол бы грязный, там были капли от разлитого чая.
Неудобное одеяло, постоянно сбивается и нет пододеяльника, просто простынь снизу и одеяло сверху.
