Cons:

In the first room there was a strong urine smell throughout the space, especially in the bathroom. After I was moved to a second room, it appeared to have been heavily sprayed with air freshener and cooled down significantly — the temperature was so low that it took around five hours to warm up. Once the scent of the spray faded, the unpleasant bathroom odor was still present.
I stayed at the hotel for a week, and the situation did not improve during that time. I tried flushing the drain, but it didn’t help. It may be related to ammonia-based cleaning products, but it seemed more like a drainage issue, as the smell became stronger over time rather than fading.
The towels developed a strong sour smell when wet and were difficult to use, so I had to dry off with a robe instead, which thankfully did not have this problem.
I feel bad focusing so much on the smell, because the staff were very kind and the service was excellent otherwise. I understand I might be more sensitive than most, but I kindly suggest checking the drains and laundry facilities or reviewing the cleaning products used. I hope the issue can be resolved, and I would be happy to return in the future.
