Gera lokacija, šalia prekybos centras, restoranėlis, apartamentuose yra viskas patogiai buičiai- indai, indų plovimo mašina, bendroje patalpoje skalbimo mašina bei džiovyklė, oro kondicionierius tiek šaldo tiek ir šildo, veikia tyliai, nemokami dviračiai. Puikūs apartamentai ieškantiems ramybės. Iki jūros labai arti iki centro, traukinių stoties ir Metromare reiks prasieiti apie 15 min.

Die Lage

Cons:

Leider sehr spärliche Ausstattung, von allem gefühlt nur das günstigste, die Kaffeemaschine ist immer ausgelaufen. Es war durch das Nachbarhotel teilweise schon teilweise sehr laut ab 22 Uhr dann aber Ruhe.
Die Türklinke zum Bad hat so gequietscht , dass man sie gar nicht schließen konnte ohne das jemand wach wurde.
Wirklich sauber war es bei Ankunft leider auch nicht.

Il mio riferimento per le vacanze a Riccione
Pros:

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione: 300mt dalla spiaggia e all’interno di un quartiere con diversi servizi quali farmacia, supermarket, bar…

Appartamento pulitissimo, moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. Dettagli che fanno la differenza (insonorizzazione eccellente, climatizzazione fenomenale).

Disponibilità del personale eccellente.

Pros:

La sistemazione, pur essendo un monolocale, disponeva di un ampio balcone ideale per colazioni e cene in totale tranquillità, al riparo dal sole. Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e cordiale. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità gratuita di biciclette, la possibilità di usufruire, a pagamento, del garage per l’auto, l’elevata pulizia dell’appartamento, i prodotti forniti dal Residence e la posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal Bagno 50 e dalle vie principali di Riccione.

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания! Апартаменты очень уютные и продуманные до мелочей. Расположение просто отличное — до бесплатного пляжа всего пару минут пешком, что особенно удобно для отдыха с ребёнком.

Шумоизоляция на высшем уровне — даже в самый оживлённый день внутри было спокойно и тихо. Отдельное спасибо за отлично работающий климат-контроль — в жаркую погоду это особенно важно.

В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: прекрасно оборудованная кухня, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина — и всё с предоставленными средствами (порошок, таблетки и пр.), что очень удобно. Было очень приятно обнаружить кофе-машину с запасом кофе, чай, джем, а также милые и полезные мелочи вроде берушей, набора с нитками и иголками. А возле ресепшена — целый стол с полезными вещами в общем доступе для гостей — отличный жест внимания!

Отдельно хочется отметить удобную подземную парковку — большое преимущество, особенно в тёплое время года.

Отдых получился по-настоящему комфортным и приятным. Спасибо за такой тёплый приём и заботу о гостях! Обязательно вернёмся снова. ❤️

Ein angenehmer Badeurlaub, trotz der unerträglichen Hitze
Pros:

Sehr saubere Ferienresidenz, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Waschmittel kostenlos, tolles Balkon, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung (da ich mich nicht getraut habe die steile TG-Einfahrt runterzufahren). Der Strand ist ebenfalls keine 500m entfernt, ebenso die verkehrsberuhigte Fußgängerzone. Barbara hat sich um alles gekümmert und war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wie immer in Italien dürfen die Betten 15-20 cm länger sein. Ärgerlich wegen der nichtvorhanden Trittschalldämmung hört man das Stühle- und Tischverrücken der Nachbarn oberhalb, manchmal leider auch früh morgens. Aber das ist eigentlich in fast jeder Unterkunft in Italien der Fall.

Great family stay
Pros:

Our family of 5x stayed comfortably, and the room was very clean & had everything we needed. It was great to have use of the shared laundry, which was well-stocked with a variety of washing liquids & cleaning supplies. There were also other supplies on offer in the foyer, which made our stay complete, such as: tea/coffee pods/jam/oil/salt/soap/etc. We went to the supermarket at the end of the street every day so we could cook our meals, and we appreciated the use of the bicycles to get around town. We all loved Riccione and would definitely stay here again.
