Close to the theatre big room big bed free tea and coffee at all hours. Fantastic breakfast. Helpful check in staff ( was able to use QR code on my phone for parking)

Cons:

Only a tiny thing, I didn't like the taste of the breakfast sausages - but that's a personal thing and there were loads of other options.

Everything. The location and the surrounding areas.
Everything was clean, the staff were great. The room was amazing.

Cons:

The coffee and hot water containers were difficult to operate, 200 presses for half a cup . The guy next to me gave up.
