overall i would definitely stay again but probably when work has been completed
Pros:

The facilities, staff, rooms. cleanliness etc were excellent and good value. There was plenty of tea/coffee in the room, the room was clean, tidy and well maintained, breakfast was good.

Cons:

it was let down a little by there being building work going on which started around 8am outside my window , when i had been out to an event the night before. Also there was a ladder in the hallway with workmen accessing the loft space , which was pretty noisy and also it was a bit tricky to navigate luggage around the ladder .

Pros:

Staff are always amazing when we stay here. Very friendly and welcoming.
The facilities are always clean and comfortable. Nothing negative to say at all. We book here twice a year for events that happen in the sports facility and its always our first choice

It was pleasant and will stay again but as above.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast but Monday evening was nice food.

Cons:

Just a couple of things. I had room 121 which faces the car park. There was no privacy as everyone could look into my room. Would have been helpful to have a net curtain as I had to close the curtains to get changed etc. Also it would have been good just to have provided a small can, jug or bottle of water.
