Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms, lounge with free tea/coffee available 24/7 was a great addition.

Cons:

Breakfast was great however a little expensive...consideration should be given to extending the age of child eats free to 17 years or even a reduced rate for those ages 11 - 17.

Overall a lovely stay and will be back in May!
Pros:

The lady on the reception was very helpful and changed my twin room into a double and sent room service straight to the room to sort. Room was very clean and I liked the option of the 2 shower heads in the bathroom. Liked the complementary tea and coffee.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. I thought it was a bit over priced for what was available to choose from. I'm not sure if it was because it was towards the end of the breakfast slot and staff weren't allowed to bring anymore food out.

Lovely hotel and staff at Radcliffe.
Pros:

Quick check in, polite staff
Lift to room very close to entrance
Modern bedroom & facilities
Staff brought me a bottle of chilled water to the room. They very kindly offered to when I enquired where I could buy water.

Cons:

Only some confusion re the booking. I thought I had booked Scarman so went to the wrong building . I did not realise there were two separate parts/buildings and Scarmans reception staff were quite short with me. I walked to the other building (Radcliffe) but didn’t find it straight away.
