Fermarsi a dormire a Carcassonne e' un'esperienza unica per visitare la Cite' di notte
Pros:

La posizione eccezionale nel centro della Cite'

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere e pretendere un cambio di camera
Il bagno della prima e della seconda stanza che ci avevano offerto era indegno della categoria dell'hotel, con un quasi inagibile WC separato in un piccolo locale chiuso
Solo dopo che avevano comunicato la nostra decisione di partenza anticipata, ci e' stata offerta una stanza con un bagno poco piu' che accettabile in un unico vano

The location is perfect, in the heart of the city. Our baggage handler, Jerome was delightful.

Cons:

Furniture and beds need an upgrade. Bathroom is sub-standard with blocked sink and old fittings

Ubicacion, instalaciones, amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Deberian explicar mejor el acceso al hotel que está en una zona peatonal. Aunque hay un transfer desde el parking que está fuera de la muralla y no muy bien indicado. Google y Waze no te guían al mismo.
