Un peu décue pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Sejour a Carcassonne agréable, hotel 4 étoiles que je trouve sur-coté. La chambre prévue a été remplacée par une soi-disant surclassée : chambre petite, très peu lumineuse, et qui selon moi, qui voyage, ne vaut pas le prix hors saison.
Un peu décue par les installations. Le personnel est cependant agréable, à la réception comme au petit déjeuner.

La ubicación, pues estar dentro de la ciudad medieval es una pasada y la atención del personal

Emplacement idéal dans la Cité, chambre conforme et confortable, et vrai plus pour le restaurant
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment top, être directement dans la Cité est un vrai plus et ça permet de tout faire à pied. La chambre correspondait à ce qu’on attendait, confortable et agréable, rien à redire. Gros point positif aussi pour le restaurant juste à côté de l’hôtel, ouvert malgré la période creuse alors que quasiment tous les restaurants de Carcassonne étaient fermés. Le cadre comme le repas étaient clairement à la hauteur de nos attentes.
