Thoroughly enjoyed our stay friendly welcoming staff great set up with parking and hotel taxi

Nice outdoor area

Cons:

A fitting to ensure a good shower not a hand held shower would have been great but this didn’t spoil our stay just made showering trickier .

Joli hôtel au coeur de la cité médiévale
Pros:

Chambre familiale très spacieuse pour 4 personnes, et donnant sur le jardin. Jardin très appréciable au petit-déjeuner du lendemain. Très bons conseils restaurants. Personnel très agréable pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons pu rentrer nos vélos en sécurité pour la nuit.

Romantisches Hotel innerhalb der Festung
Pros:

Wunderschön gelegen in der alten Festungsstadt. Mit hoteleigener Parkmöglichket inclusiver Gepäcktransfers vom uns zum Parkplatz phänomenal. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgiebiges Frühstück.

The location is great but the value was ok for the price
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful with cheese and meat and fresh bread as well as scrambled eggs. A very fancy coffee machine to make an individual cup at a time. Uses small foil “pillows” of ground coffee.

Cons:

The bed is extremely hard. I doubled the thick comforter in half and slept on top and my back and hips were still very stiff in the morning. The bathtub is not very easy to step into. The side is higher and there’s a glass enclosure on half the tub and there is no bar to grab

I will surely go back
Pros:

Fantastic location in the heart of Carcassone. The inside patio is a jewel. Comfy beds, ample rooms, good breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. I will definitely go back there if the occasion comes.
