La situation au coeur de la cité de Carcassonne et proche de tous commerces et restaurants.
Le personnel avenant et arrangeant pour la bagagerie par exemple...bon petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix au bar ..

Cons:

Un peu cher pour les prestations en cette saison peu fréquentée, salle de bain un peu vieillotte.... Chambre peu spacieuse mais très bien dans l'ensemble !

tres décu pour la derniere étape de nos. vacances, c'est un flop

Chambre mal nettoyée , moquette pas aspirée, poils dans la baignoire, pas possible de fermer totalement les rideaux occultants , tout les équipement à part le lit on dépassé leur durée de vie et depuis longtemps , moquette immonde, rideaux noircie par le temps baignoire rayée, il faut le voir pour le croire je parle de la chambre 29 un monument d'un hotel qui affiche 4 étoiles

La chambre familiale était superbe, d'une taille idéale pour une famille avec le jardin devant et les tables à l'extérieur l'emplacement est superbe en plein centre de la cité de Carcassonne. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus.
Le petit déjeuner est superbe aussi, les viennoiseries particulièrement les pains au chocolat sont incroyables bravo au jeune boulanger qui les fabrique.
Une mention spéciale pour Lolie, une personne adorable, merci pour votre gentillesse auprès de notre fils !
