このクオリティーでこの値段は高いと感じた。
Pros:

中心地から近いところ。

Cons:

駐車場が狭い。
12階建てなのにエレベーターが２つしかなく、定員5名。なかなかエレベーターに乗れない。
お風呂は２つあるうちの１つは内湯のみ。お風呂も脱衣所も狭い。人が多くて入れないので時間をずらして何度も様子を見に行った。（その際もエレベーターになかなか乗れない。）
製氷機が壊れて廊下が水浸しだったのに適切な対応をされていなかった。

フロントの対応は普通に良かったと思います。送迎バスの運転手さんも。マンガコーナー、ウェルカムドリンクも⭕️

Cons:

①部屋の掃除(特に絨毯)がされていない。窓の汚れ、ベッドに長い髪の毛、絨毯にゴミ有
②大浴場の脱衣所の掃除、風呂釜のぬめり、とびらが外れる
③エレベーターの窓や天井の汚れ
④12Fエレベーターホールにある収納棚上のホコリ
