コスパが良く近くにコンビニ、居酒屋があるのが良かった。何より温泉があるのがよかった。

Pros:

急な日程変更にも関わらず、親切に対応して下さった。
ただ、急だったためか部屋のカードキー差し込みが壊れていて驚いた。こちらもすぐに対応していただき問題なく使えた。
以前あった風呂（窓、風呂椅子）の汚れもきれいになっていた。

Cons:

ホテルの不備ではなく宿泊者のマナー問題だが、エレベーターホールに女性下着が落ちていた。電子レンジに汁が溢れていた。
エレベーターの１基がタバコ臭い。
部屋の空気清浄機が水補給ランプが付いていたが説明書がなくそのままつかった。

外宮、内宮へとアクセスが良かった。
荷物を置きやすい。清潔感有り。2階の駐車場からの、階段に足元が見やすい様灯りが点灯する設備に感動。

Cons:

窓からのロケーション…寝てしまえば問題なし。

設備は古くても清潔感は必要だと思いました
Pros:

接客とバス送迎は良かった

Cons:

窓のブラインドには埃があって不快でした。
部屋浴室の排水口には髪の毛があって不快でした。
空気清浄機を使用するのに延長コードなど欲しかった

チェックインに何組も待たされていた
大浴場のロッカーで使用出来ない所が多かった
前日に朝食を頼もうとしたが、定員オーバーで頼めなかった
