Very quiet hotel on the floors

Our stay at Mango Suites was amazing. The front desk staff was the epitome of hospitality. They were totally amazing. The restaurant, although small, has a great selection of items and again, the hospitality was 10/10. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing I would suggest is a second chair in the room. Tge security was also very good. If you go outside at night, they were always present. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

I had to check out after half an hour of check in, room is filthy, bathroom has mildew and when you flash the toilet big leak on the bottom. Windows behind the curtain were so dusty. When I walk in the room so there’s a mold smell and also musty and sticky. The door Matt was also looking dirty, I am not sure if it’s white color or yellowish because dirty.
I would never recommend this hotel it is uncenetarry.

I've been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years. And every time I come the customer service that the front desk seems like they. They cannot implement any changes that make common sense to anybody upon arrivel on Friday.
I also had a room for Saturday. But it's a different room, so I'm recommended to them. Just put me in the same room so that we don't have to change anything out. It makes it much easier. They say they couldn't do it without Additional funds On top of that, you get a tag by ants and your room. Air conditioner will loud I made a call they never sent anyone up We'll never see at this place ever again.

Close to restaurants, cleanliness and staff are great.

The parking is a plus because it is secure and a security guard assist in going in and out. The restaurant is good but it can get get more seasoned servers and cooks. we always waited for a while for our food and the coffee was bad. The shower curtains were taped together and a bad water flow for the water. The shower curtains felt grimy and dirty. The staff were polite and friendly.

Bathroom floor

Clean enough, the room is modern, bed was comfy and the water is HOT. aircon works great and it everything you need. Do not expect a Marriott or anything luxurious. This is a hotel for people to sleep and stay comfortably. This region of the Philippines isn’t known for its luxury, so you are getting the best available.
