Pros:

Apartment was lovely and clean. Fabulous location,easy access to trams ,shops etc . Will definitely return on our next visit to Australia

Cons:

Would have liked a change of towels and bed sheets due to staying for a month. A bin would have been appreciated inside of the apartment

Good, but disappointed with the kitchen supplies - only 1 drinking glass provided.
Cons:

There was only 1 drinking glass provided for a two-bedroom self-contained apartment. This meant we had to use wine glasses as water glasses, which was disappointing and impacted our rating.

Cons:

Too much light from street light coming in through curtains, with mirror cupboard opposite made it very bright through the night. Better black out curtains would make this an unbeatable stay.

Also way too many emails and phone calls before and after stay, bit over the top for somewhere that that avoids staff on-site

Backpacker experience on a luxury budget.
Cons:

Stuck in ground floor on street unit. Constant street noise especially trams. Woken every time trams passedNo view or balcony. Not as advertised. Would not recommend

Bathroom not clean with leaves and paper in the shower , cobwebs in lounge , no plug near a table or desk to write on laptop, no spare blanket, towels all had brown stains

Great size apartment in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport.

Cons:

We found the beds not very comfortable and it would have been nice to have a soap/shampoo dispenser in the showers.

Spacious apartment
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and clean with good facilities

Cons:

It is taking a lot of time even after you have boked and paid to get a key
Pay a security link, download an app for opening doors and ask questions or request an early or late check out it is all digital and time consuming and you have to wait for answers
Where is the warm hospitality
Also the apartment get a lot of noise from the street, you hear the trams and cars
No check of availabiliy for glasses, bowls and plates so we had limited for our party of 4
