Quite pleasant.
Pros:

Clean and good facilities. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The bin needs replacing. Parking is an issue. It’s hard to park locally for a day if you need to arrive earlier.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and an ideal location close to public transport.

Cons:

The entry code sent to me was challenging to open the front door off the street. The first attempt to open the entry door took about 15 minutes until the door opened by sheer luck. The second and third attempts the next day were not successful and I had to ring a security phone number to have the door opened remotely. No problems with opening the apartment door with a code.

Great, comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking to a concert at a St Kilda theatre. Quiet area, with shops close by. Modern, fresh decor. Everything very clean and comfortable, for an overnight stay.

Apartment was lovely and clean. Fabulous location,easy access to trams ,shops etc . Will definitely return on our next visit to Australia

Cons:

Would have liked a change of towels and bed sheets due to staying for a month. A bin would have been appreciated inside of the apartment

Good, but disappointed with the kitchen supplies - only 1 drinking glass provided.
Cons:

There was only 1 drinking glass provided for a two-bedroom self-contained apartment. This meant we had to use wine glasses as water glasses, which was disappointing and impacted our rating.

Cons:

Too much light from street light coming in through curtains, with mirror cupboard opposite made it very bright through the night. Better black out curtains would make this an unbeatable stay.

Also way too many emails and phone calls before and after stay, bit over the top for somewhere that that avoids staff on-site
