Very clean and good service

Соотношение цены и качества как обычно в сша так себе. Номер просторный , но старый. Мы грели 4 часа номер чтоб согреться. Есть ванная это плюс. Завтрак как и во всей Америки плохой мафин яйцо и тетрапак сок. На переночевать не знаю , пойдет.

We went to Carmel By The Sea for an overnight getaway.

Check-in was a breeze - the front desk staff was quick, efficient, cheerful and friendly, and the one issue we brought up with the room (we were missing the champagne we ordered with the romantic package) was swiftly corrected.

We stayed in one of the cabins across the street, which was very nicely and comfortably appointed throughout. The patio includes a fireplace and hot tub, beautifully arranged.

The location is convenient, at the top of the hill - the main strip through town is a short few blocks' walk downhill, and the beach another several blocks down. It's also very convenient to Highway 1, and provides a good starting point for excursions into Monterey or Point Lobos further south.

All-in-all, it was a delightful, relaxing stay, and contributed significantly to the great first impression we got of Carmel By The Sea. See you next time!

Lovely breakfast each morning waiting at our door. Loved the pool and spa area. Parking was small, but never a problem. Very quiet and quaint place. Will stay again!!!!

The beds were comfy, we had the “cheapest room” which for Carmel was still over 900 for 3 nights on a weekend. We tried out the hot tub which was nice (definitely need a shower before and after with all the chlorine) we were right next to the cleaning and kitchen so it was a bit loud at times, but not too bad. The breakfast basket was a nice touch - it was definitely fancier on Sunday (I’m sure there busiest day!) it was Costco things the other days). One day croissant, another day bagel, last day fancy chocolate crossiant. Included juice and some fruit. They even do dietary requests!

Near form the city center and restaurants. Staff is friendly.

The property was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, which was great! We also were within 10 minutes of accessing 17 mile drive, which is absolutely beautiful and everyone should do at least once. There are a few parking stalls on the property and they also have a parking garage which is a short distance away. We enjoyed the breakfast basket dropped off every morning between 8 and 8:30, which included items like toast (toaster in room), juice, boiled eggs, fruit, pastries. There is a keurig in room. We also appreciated the water station to refill our water bottles. Overall, supreme location!!

All around excellent experience. The staff was super friendly. Housekeeping was prompt and did a great job in the room but they were never pushy. The front desk team was very helpful and professional.

The rooms are nice, I stayed in two different ones due to availability over three nights and both rooms were great. Very clean, well stocked, spacious, nice patio/deck spaces.

The shared hot tub/firepit area is a nice feature, good onsite parking. The waterfill station was legit, I wish more hotels had this type of machine.

The picnic basket breakfast in the morning was great. Saves $ from the pricey restaurnats/cafes in town, they were a little different each day, fresh, well balanced.

Wine and cheese happy hour every day with wines that are actually good. Not just cheap grocery store wines. They poured 5 different wines from Folktale Winery, all good stuff!

Good location, just a few blocks from Ocean Ave but in a quiet area. It's slightly uphill but as a result some of the rooms have really nice ocean views, which is somewhat rare for Carmel hotels.

They ownership and staff clearly make a point to install features and services that are well thought out, helpful, value adding, and appreciated. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious and well positioned unit

Overall loved my stay and looking forward to coming back with more of my family, I haven't experienced a a quiet nights sleep in a long time. The spa was clean and relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. it's walkable to all the shops in carme and less than a 10 minute drive to Monterrey bay.

Peaceful and quiet property. Patio area was welcoming day and night, I had my choice of seating. Enjoyed the fire pit and fireplace touch. The breakfast basket was quite generous and tasty. King bed was great, covers were to my liking, 3 big European square pillows and 3 regular ones. Towels were better fluff than I expected.
Office staff was outgoing and efficient. I had no problems to report.
Location perfect for the adventurous pedestrian without a vehicle. Lots of hilly walks to Ocean Ave and restaurants. I felt safe walking to and from.
Public transportation is across 3rd st, not frequent but is a good price if you have time to try it.
