Our stay here was absolutely perfect in every way. The rooms, the breakfast, the grounds and the staff were exceptional

Everything! The grounds were clean and well maintained. The beautiful flowers everywhere made it extra special. Loved the fireplace, fire pit and hot rub area.

Definitely worth the price and will definitely be going back!
Pros:

Great location, the morning continental breakfast deliveries were such a cute touch! The staff were so helpful and approachable. The spa patio is a must visit.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable. A little hard for my liking but some may like it extra firm.

Although our room was beautiful, it was in The Annex, so a little bit down the street from the primary hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was good enough to jump start the morning. Coffee maker in the room was a plus. Comfortable bed and very good shower.

Nice hotel, and even though they did their best, it was overpriced.
Pros:

The continental breakfast, the offering of wine in the evening, the fire pits were a nice touch. Parking was available in multiple locations, so that is good.

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Although the property was well kept up. $888 for two nights was a bit much. We’ve stayed at many places in the Carmel/Pacific Grove area.

We stayed at the Carmel fireplace in the night before we check into this place and although there wasn’t all of the amenities, the price was less than half to stay there.

If I am going to pay over $450 a night for a room, it should be close to luxury

Immense value for a hotel near so many great locations in Carmel.
Pros:

Really close to Carmel by the Sea. Walking distance to so much. The breakfast basket in the morning was such a great touch and the free happy hour at night was a great way to taste new food and wines

Cons:

My particular room felt like it had a little less privacy than others dude to where it was and other guest traffic.

The hotel was charming, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We loved the convenient location, which made it easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, and beautiful Carmel Beach. The room was cozy and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast and thoughtful amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We made wonderful memories together and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Carmel!
