I would stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the morning "delivered to your door" breakfast and the happy hour wine and cheese.
Staff very helpful with identifying local restaurants.

Cons:

Parking is under construction and we had to park on the street.

A Excellent 3 nite stay , 2 great days at the beach
Pros:

Private room with private driveway. Basket breakfast with fruits and croissants, and juice was nice delivered every morning. Cheese and Wine Evening, sit out at fire pit and spa area.

Cons:

We enjoyed it all.

The inn/🙏section where we stayed is very outdated. To enter the area where the bedroom is located smells musty/old . We kept the screen open til bedtime to ventilated the room

Great place and we will recommend it to others.
Pros:

Grounds were immaculate, room was clean and very comfortable, staff were very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was exceptional.

50 year wedding anniversary

I want to share a wonderful experience about the Horizon Inn. My wife's and my wedding anniversary in on January 3 - celebrated our 50th anniversary this year. We did our honeymoon in Carmel staying at the Horizon Inn, and when I booked this celebration trip I mentioned that we were there 50 years ago. When we arrived to our room we found a bottle of champagne with a beautiful card from the hotel. Our stay was fantastic, and the staff exceptional. The room was great with an ocean view and a fireplace. And we loved the continental breakfast delivered in a picnic basket to the room at 8:00 every morning. Thank you Horizon Inn for a great experience!

We felt welcomed and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We cant wait to come back!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional, our room was spotless, the location was perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere for 3 days. The nice touches such as the picnic basket breakfast and the wine and cheese in the evening were appreciated. We will be back for sure!
