Não gostei da falsa informação , entrei em contato antes me informaram que poderia sim entrar antes se tivesse quarto livre. Cheguei ao meio dia , fui levada a um quarto que estava vazio , e aí a surpresa que teria que pagar 50 dólares para entrar ao meio dia achei aquilo absurdo porque não fui informada que teria que pagar antes , e esperei na recepção por duas horas para poder entrar no mesmo quarto que já estava vazio com minha mala dentro , as cortinas não são black out você não consegue dormir até mais tarde cortinas muito finas e velhas , outra coisa muito ruim você é obrigado a deixar limpar o quarto após 7 dias não li nenhuma cláusula do fui informada no local que é obrigatório deitar limpar o quarto , eu mesma limparia e mantenho sempre tudo limpo em todo apartamento que me , hospedo ,ficam toda a manhã conversando no corredor atrapalhando os hóspedes que querem estudar ou estão a trabalho , corrigindo essas coisas seria ótimo o ambiente o banheiro estava sujo cheio de limo e sujeira precisa de uma limpeza mais eficiente pós estava podre com manchas escuras ..

The apartment itself was great but we would not stay here again because of the noise.
Pros:

The room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, ie washing powder, garbage bags etc.
Location was great.

Cons:

Room was extremely noisy. We were kept awake by people in the next room who had their tv so loud and voices loud. Outside traffic and drug addicts screaming all night was horrendous.
Blinds on windows where door leads onto balcony kept getting stuck in the door when we tried to open it.
Apartment building itself is not clearly signed.

Pros:

旅館轉威廉街直走就到市中心，約15分鐘，威廉街整條都是吃的，很方便，附近亞超就有兩三間，自己煮很划算，博物館美術館就在附近，旅館寬敞明亮有陽台，旅館沒有接待櫃台，執班經理用whatsapp連絡我，到旅館後他會來接你們入住，非常好，一切都滿意。

A very pleasant and quiet stay in a well located apartment
Pros:

The property was very well equipped complete with washing machine, dryer and even detergent.
Everything necessary for self catering was included in the kitchen.
The location was good with lots of south east Asian restaurants in the surrounding streets

Everything you need in the apartment and close to the city
Pros:

The apartment had all we needed. We utilised the kitchen and the washing machine. It was well positioned to the city yet quiet. It was very clean. The shower had great hot water and was spacious.

Super Aufenthalt - absolute Empfehlung 👌🏼
Pros:

Wir haben bei Ankunft von der Managerin alles gezeigt bekommen und sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade von Suite auf Zweizimmerwohnung-Apartment erhalten 😇

Das Zentrum, Busport und Bahnhof sind fußläufig in ca 15 Min zu erreichen. Restaurants, Cafés in direkter Umgang, ebenso ein toller Supermarkt.

Das Apartment war perfekt ausgestattet und lies keinerlei Wünsche übrig.

Unser Aufenthalt war super und wir haben die Zeit sehr genießen können!

Cons:

Einige brüchige Fliesen sowie Fensterrahmen benötigen Schönheitsreparaturen.

Good stay.
Pros:

The location is great. The apartment is spacious and clean. We liked the washer and dryer and the full kitchen. Lastly we enjoyed the patio.

Cons:

An improvement that I think many would benefit from is being able to open the side window, it was locked and we couldn't open it. Additionally a screen on the sliding door. The mornings were cool and getting some fresh air into the apartment would have been nice.

Perth come città mi ha deluso un pò; molto più belli i dintorni e le spiagge vicine bellissime

Appartamento grande, luminoso, apparentemente semi nuovo - bello -
Comodo ai mezzi di trasporto ma, volendo, comodo anche al centro di Perth a piedi
Non c'è reception (come in un hotel) ma la signora è sempre disponibile al telefono.

Cons:

La moquette in tutto l'appartamento ma, purtroppo, in Australia è difficile trovare un hotel/appartamento con pavimento in legno o piastrelle; quindi ... attenzione a chi soffre di allergie.
In realtà ci avevano proposto un altro appartamento quasi privo di moquette ma era visibilmente più vecchio, "usurato" e più piccolo.
Un'altra cosa, a mio avviso, fondamentale: per salire ai piani bisogna obbligatoriamente prendere l'ascensore in quanto la porta per accedere alle scale (volendo andare a piedi) era chiusa a chiave ... ... e la sicurezza? La via di fuga?
