Great experience! Too cute
Pros:

Breakfast - excellent, a lot of food included (maybe if there was some salad it would be great)
SPA - especially the saunas, they were exceptional.
Room - perfect.

Pros:

Lokacija, cena je bila prihvatljiva za period boravka, udobnost kreveta.

Cons:

Spa - cistoca u spa nije na nivou hotela sa 5*, radno vreme od 13h do 19h, sto je za hotel koji ima 5* neprihvatljivo.
Kupatilo - u sve tri sobe koje smo rezervisali je curila voda iz tus kabine i bilo je poplavljeno, voda je jedva oticala iz tus kabine. Peskiri stari, poderani i pozuteli.
Dorucak - dorucak je na nivou hotela sa 3*, dorucak je od 7 do 10h, otisli smo na dorucak u 9:20 sve posude za topla jela su bile prazne, iako je restoran bio pun. Restoran gde se sluzi dorucak premali za hotel tog kapaciteta. Nije bilo mesta da se smestimo i pojedemo i ono malo sto je ostalo od dorucka.

Pros:

Genel olarak ilk günkü resepsiyon bayan yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Ancak tam olarak çözüm olamadı. Onun dışında iyi di herşey güzeldi. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Odalardaki Isıtma sistemleri daha verimli olabilirdi. Odadaki Klimanın biri çalışmıyordu. Ertesi gün seyyar ısıtıcı verdiler. Ancak küçük çocuklarla seyahat ettiğimiz için seyyar ısıtıcılar biraz tehlike oluşturuyordu.

Pros:

Personal is very kind, food is very tasty and atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

Cons:

Spa is more a kindergarten then a spa. Under 18 years are forbidden in the spa but still allowed by the personal and because of our macedonian "culture", kids with dippers are in the jacuzzi, snorkeling equipment is used in the pool and it's very loud with kids crying and yelling around.

Cons:

“The hotel presents itself as 5-star, but in reality it’s not worth more than 2. The bathroom is in poor condition (the shower is held together with a tie, the door doesn’t work, mold in the corners), sockets are sticking out of the walls, half of the lights don’t work, and the wallpaper is peeling. In the restaurant you wait 15–20 minutes for a waiter, and in the end you have to go and find one just to place an order. Breakfast is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis – if you’re late, there’s no refilling of food or juices. Far from luxury, I would not recommend it.”

Ukoliko želite kompletan odmor od svakodnevice, ovaj hotel će vam upravo to omogućiti.
Pros:

Doručak sjajan, bogat, raznovrsan, ukusan. Hotel i osoblje takođe sjajni. Sadržaj sjajan, raznovrstan ali nismo koristili sve usluge zbog kratkog boravka pa je teško biti precizan u potpunosti. U svakom slučaju sve preporuke. Doći ćemo ponovo.

Cons:

Pogled i zasebna soba, ali to nema veze sa sadržajem hotela u smislu nekog posebnog nedostatka. Prosto bi sa tim ugođaj bio kompletan.
