Pros:

My stay at Park Regis was truly wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming.

I would especially like to thank Kavita at the reception. She was incredibly kind, polite, and very helpful. Her warm attitude and professionalism made the check‑in and check‑out process smooth and pleasant. Staff members like her really make a difference.

Thank you to the hotel management for the excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future.
