Nice rooms in quiet area with a delicious restaurant!
Pros:

Clean and nice rooms, everything is working in the room and bathroom, confortable beds, quiet area for sleeping, 7 minutes walk to the SBahn station, nice restaurant with many options for the evening, delicious breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

I had to change room in my stay because the exaustion system was very loud, even when the bathroom was not being used. It was not easy to convince the staff about this problem, they should better listen to their guests... Finally they provided me a new room at the next day.
