女性の浴衣、羽織が選べるのはよかった。食事、従業員の方の対応もとてもよかった。大浴場や部屋のユニットバスなど施設全体の古さはいたしかたないのか。

Pros:

2歳の子連れで朝食なしの素泊まりで2泊しました。
施設は古そうでしたが清掃が行き届いているし、お部屋も共用部分も広々としていてとても快適に過ごせました。何より驚いたのが無料の貸出グッズの豊富さです。ヘアアイロンから子供のグッズまでたくさん網羅していて感動しました。ほとんどホテルにいなくて利用するタイミングは無かったのですが、ちょっとした小さい子用の遊べるスペースにも色んなおもちゃがあって子供も喜んでました。色んな場面でホテルからのおもてなしの気持ちが感じられて次は朝食付けてホテルを満喫する予定でまた来たいと思いました。

Pros:

全国のホテルは、宿泊客が減少、予約のキャンセルが発生している中、私も予約のキャンセルを考えましたが行ってよかったです。
団体旅行者は無く、広々としている駐車場は数台でまた広いロビーは従業員のほか誰ともすれ違わない。お客さまが少ないせいもあるが？まったく影響はないと思います。また夕食は個室で対応していただきましてゆっくりと会食ができました、「仲居さん」ありがとうございました。
新型肺炎の影響を受けているホテルも少なからずありますが次回もお世話になりたいです。
