Overall stay was okay, need to improve WiFi connectivity.
Pros:

Staff were helpful and polite. Location was quite far from the city center, better to rent a motorbike rather than paying PHP150 for a 1-way trip every time you want to go somewhere as drivers tend to charge tourists a lot.

Cons:

Only downside of this room is the weak WiFi connectivity. Signal is very limited and often nonexistent once inside the bed area. I had to stand near the door/window just to connect since the signal only reaches that part of the room. Staying in the common areas to use the internet was also difficult due to the humidity, especially with no fans and AC only available inside the room. Hope more routers can be added on the second floor.

Pros:

The hotel looks very nice, the lady who worked there and spoke in english too, the stafg who made us breakfast too, the pool, the room was ok and they were accommodating when they switched the rooms for us.

Cons:

There were barely any description at our arrival regarding what to do on the island, what time breakfast is etc like the basic stuffs...bad wifi connection

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix de dingue ! Piscine très agréable et emplacement assez bien, 20 minutes à pied du centre ville, proche de restaurants. Chambre propre et spacieuse, je recommande !

A nice stay in Panglao
Pros:

It was clean, spacious and close to the town! Also a delicious breakfast.

Cons:

No sun loungers by the pool felt like a shame but apart from that this did what it needed to!

Good central and economical dive resort but bit of a language barrier
Pros:

Good location with parking out the front, nice pool and communal area that had a great vibe, super handy racks for hanging up dive gear which was a nice touch!

Cons:

Big language barrier with the check in lady, we asked her to book us a car on check out and waited a super long time to realise she still hadn’t confirmed one. It was in the middle of a rain storm and we were running late for an appointment. A little frustrating but we ended up just finding one ourselves. Not a big deal but just be aware of it

Pros:

Friendly staff, great communication, and accommodating with late check-in. Nice outdoor area, with restaurants nearby, a small shop just across the street, and beautiful beaches easily reachable by tuk-tuk. Air conditioning and a water dispenser are available. You can also book tours and rent scooters directly on site.

Cons:

The room is not very inviting and really only suitable for sleeping. It’s quite dark, and the light bulbs give off a harsh, cold light. The furniture is very minimal, the mattress rather thin, and the bathroom could use some renovation. The shower fixtures are quite rusty, and the door handle kept coming off whenever I got out because it wasn’t properly attached. I also had ants in the room, which was the worst part for me personally.

Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers in the outdoor area, which makes it less appealing to spend time there. Overall, there wasn’t really any place that made you want to linger — everything felt rather basic and purely functional.
