Pros:

駅、目の前で便利でした。
ベットも最高でディズニーで歩き疲れた身体も癒されました。
ただ、トイレが流れにくいかったのが残念です。

Pros:

ホテルに必ずあるだろうと思われているホスピタリティーはないが、部屋やベッドは同価格帯のホテルより安いが広い。駅前で便利だが、騒音も感じなかった。ホテル営繕が入っていないのか間に合っていないかなので、利用に差し支えのない部分は悪くなっているところもあるが、お風呂やシャワー、クーラーに問題がなかったので仕事⇒飲み会⇒寝るのビジネス利用であれば値段相応で問題ない。

電子レンジが部屋に置いてあるので素泊まりでも非常に便利。
すぐ近くの駅には24時間営業のマルエツがあるので弁当を買って部屋でチンして毎回食べます。
なんと言っても価格が安い！素泊まりシングルで4,200円台で泊まれる。ただ、時期によって10倍もする日もあるので要注意！

部屋はバスルームとトイレが別になっていて良かった
レストランは少なかったけど、近くに大型水槽で、ウミガメがいるレストランがあってとても良かった

千葉みなと駅の目の前、近くにスーパーもある、周辺ランドマークへのアクセスもいい。
値段も安かったので、言う事なしです。

フロントで過去に同ホテルチェーンを利用したことがあったことを伝えると、不要な説明は無くスムーズに入室できた。部屋に備え付けの電子レンジを使用したが、脚？の部分が壊れてたのかガタツキがあった。それ以外は特に不便等は無かった。
