During weekends and peak season can only be used by our guest in house with reservation in advance during check in time which also based on availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Staff are excellent except for some, not a good service. Inconsistent.
So so... Not a great fare
very little vegetarian fare was there. The b-fast items/counters are arranged in different corners of the Restaurant -- making one go hunting for various items ...and even then missing many items. Very uncreative layout !

Staff yang ramah & sgt membantu. Dr pintu masuk hingga ke breakfast staffnya sgt baik, sgt kemas, good looking & layanan yg terbaik. Bilik sgt selesa. Pool luas tp paling best breakfastnya. Sgt mewah. Sebelah hotel terdapat mall. Location ok tak jauh dr bandara & tempat menarik di PIK2
Reception was not helpful a
Bd did not inform correct information during check-in. I was not able to receive my invoice upon check out as they said that I paid via booking.com hence they cannot issue me an invoice as I need to get it from booking.com.
When I request from booking.com, a message from them say to contact hotel… no one can assist as hotel person reply they are on leave…
Reception staff cannot provide corrrct information. Not helpful .
Overall was good except the toilet door can't close at all

Personal & Service ausgezeichnet: sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend >> man fühlt sich eben noch als 'richtiger Gast'!
Highlight:
ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt!
Parkplatzsituation:
ist chaotisch: als Selbstfahren waren wir auf einen Hotelparkplatz angewiesen ... und das Hotel verfügt über Stellplätze insbesondere in der Tiefgarage, aber ansonsten auch in Level 6. Leider vom Hotel(-personal) sehr sehr schlecht gehändelt:
a) man erfährt nicht, wie man von der Hotellobby /-haupteingang dahin gelangt,
b) obwohl es zig Stellplätze mit der Bezeichnung "Swissôtel" in der Tiefgarage gibt, werden diese von obskuren "Dritten" bewacht und als VIP-Plätze deklariert, also stehen nicht für einen Hotelgast wie uns zur Verfügung
Flughafen-Shuttle:
gibt es nicht!!!
und das obwohl Flugzeugbesatzungen in diesem Hotel laufend ein- und ausgehen ... stattdessen kann man ein Taxi für umgerechnet ca. 50€ an der Rezeption ordern
Hotelzugangskontrolle:
warum uns die Mangostan-Früchte abgenommen wurden, versteht man wirklich nicht. Wahrscheinlich hat sich das Sicherheitspersonal selbst auf leckere Früchte gefreut!

The duck meat , lobster , wagyu, bbq
And the welcome drink also goodd and refreshinggggg i wannna come back. Receptionists name Angel were so friendly
Clean and comfort
We must pay for the parking ticket although it was only drop by. The variety of food is less.
Location, Staff, Comfort and Breakfast is at it's best!!!
