My husband & son checked in on 5th August 2026. We are from the Netherlands. So we are still staying here while i write this review. We booked 2 rooms. My husband &I have the room with bay view. Our room is ok but small and bit outdated. The house keeping staffs & restaurant staffs are friendly. Gym is also ok with normal & cold towels. Breakfast this morning was ok with lots of varieties of western and local options. But there was no welcome drink at arrival or anything welcome stuffs in the room at all. We come to Jakarta every least 2-3 times a year and always stay at 5 star hotels. We choose swissotel this time coz we thought it’s quite near the airport. We only shall stay for 3 nights before continue our trip to Malaysia and Thailand. We stayed previously in hotel Dharmawangsa where we were greeted every morning by our names and specially personally made by order breakfast. We stayed last February 2026 in Raffles Kuningan, where we really treated so fantastic that we didn’t want to leave Raffles. ( read my review of February 2026 ). I do not think next time, i shall choose Swissotel again. The room and bathroom at Swissotel is too small to our liking ( different of €50 per night with Raffles~ we shall choose Raffles again next time ). No welcome drink at all, no welcoming stuffs at all in the room. The massage my husband had last night was good but overpriced.
We shall probably come back to Jakarta again somewhere in December this year. Despite the friendly staffs, I am sure not going to choose this Swissotel hotel anymore. We don’t get the feeling of staying at a 5 star hotel compared to Raffles or Dharmawangsa.

My name is Sahrin Safuan. I stayed at the Swissotel Jakarta PIK Avenue from 17 July to 20 July 2026. It was my first time staying at the property. I was impressed by the hotel's amenities and the service that the hotel provides.
Breakfast on the 7th floor was a visual and gastronomic treat. The 1930-esque Shanghai- inspired decor provides a dramatic introduction to the different local and international cuisines. What sets the breakfast buffet spread apart from its contemporaries is the Middle Eastern fare. Hummous, Labneh, Dawood Basha, Baba Ganoush and Foul Mesdames are accompanied by Za'atar Manaskesh. End it with a sweet delight - Umm Ali. I truly enjoyed it.
Another must try is the Avocado Tartine. It is a bruschetta with tuna flakes, avocado puree, sliced radish, cherry tomato and caviar. This gastronomic fare is lovingly prepared by Hendrick and his team, who will go around the tables to promote it.
Breakfast service was seamlessly executed by a great team with Richard and Very leading them. Shout out to Fiya, Cynthia, Nabila, Andy, Wahyu, Sherly and Sabil for their excellent service. It was an honour to have met the Hotel Manager Mr Rehza Arian during breakfast service. It truly reflects the hotel's commitment to customer service.
What came as a memorable experience for us was when the staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife. Kudos to Richard, Charissa, Cantiq and Denyas. Swissotel Jakarta Pik Avenue has a youthful and dynamic team who work tirelessly and always on a continuous quest for service excellence. Such enthusiasm augur well.
Pertama kali menginap di hotel ini.dekat dengan mall, batavia pik. So we can hang iut with family. Breakfast is great, staff super friendly especially Miss Fiya, she help, assist and guide us in oder to make sure our breakfast is convinience.
Location is good, room is comfortable, staff is friendly

2. Waiter in international breakfast restaurant is flirting with customer
