I've stayed as this property several times. it's the most affordable hotel in the area & it's only a 5 minute drive to the fastfood restaurants and Walmart. The accommodations are reasonable for the price that I pay. The room is clean, frig in room . this property is also pet friendly with a daily pet fee .one side of the property is under construction...the left side are the rooms that are being used and most of the bathrooms have been redone recently on the side being used.

I knew what I was getting into when staying in this town. Holly Springs, MS has had a rough go of you know the history. This was a hotel we could afford on the trip and I wasn’t overall surprised. The hotel attendant/manager wasn’t on site when we arrived. The office was locked and it had a number to call but that phone was apparently handed off to another guest who then had to call the manager to come in. The room wasn’t ready at all when we arrived after 7pm, so we went to dinner. We came back and the room door was left open, not closed or locked even though we had the key. Once inside, yes…it needs a full renovation. But, it just doesn’t seem to be economically feasible for them. Probably won’t stay there again.

Cheap motel but poor condition, inconvenient location, low occupancy with only a few cars behind making it look like a deserted building.

Its an affordable nights rest. Bed was clean and comfortable

Check in took excessive time; the attendant could not operate the credit card machine so cash was required and the attendant could not generate a receipt.

The room had numerous cleanliness & condition issues. There was a discarded condom on the floor.
There was no closet rod.
The tub stopper did not operate so a bath was not possible.
The TV was not operational.

We were too exhausted to find another place; we slept and then left having no time for planned relaxation.

I have requested a refund.

I got my key to the room. He said wait I will get you a towel to take to your room? Check-in area 10 x 12 was cluttered with junk, dirty and had 3 can of Vienna sausages for sell. Junk may of been bartered for stay. 4 cars at a 44 room motel away from other businesses. 3 parked in front of my room, 2 of them being worked on by a group of young men, very dim lighting needed flashlight or headlights to find room. Drove off hoping they would finish and leave. After 15 minutes I thought no way I can rest in this dive found the attendant up by the road and gave him the key back. Listed as pet friendly on internet but dog charge is $50. 2 people was 68(34 each plus taxes and fees. Never made it in the room. No security on premise. SeveralPeople hanging out around the motel. The exit to motel was hidden trash road. Appropriate to me.

Dirty floor, bathroom, toilet....loud air-conditioner....couldn't sleep.... smell was terrible.... supposed to be non-smoking room

Front door no deadbolt. Chairs torn. Bathroom stains all over. Parking lot torn up and trash everywhere. Front office looked like a storeroom with a freezer in in it and a screen door bolt lock on the office front door. A/C held together with electrical tape. Form will not let me upload photos.

I read reviews before I booked and felt things would be ok. How wrong I was. Got there, told me what I booked for a room wasn't available so would a full size bed ok. Sure no problem. Walked in my room and was shocked. Room was filthy. There was no ashtray for a smoking room and low and behold, went to the bathroom and no toilet paper. That was a treat. There was no smoke alarm and outlets were coming out of the wall, if I moved my phone to far it would stop working due to no power. WiFi didn't work unless you were in the so called lobby. Nothing in room as stated on site. Didn't feel safe at all. I requested to be let out of the rest of my booking and was refused by the manager. So I was out for 2 of my 3 night stay. Will be contacting the Holly Springs Fire Department and City Hall to let them know what I experienced.

Absolutely nothing it was horrible non living conditions couldn’t stay but one night it was so bad never again requesting a refund waste of money yall should take this property off yall list because it’s gonna hurt yall business still can’t believe I had to go through something like this it’s worse than a roach motel it need to be shut down immediately

This place is nasty not fit to rent but would b good for the homeless the room was full of mold floors was nasty bathroom had mold around the window n shower the curtains were torn had to turn tv on by hand to find out there were only 3 channels to watch. In all this place is not worth ur money n doesn't look anything like wat it shows on here

budget friendly hotel with basic amenities, clean , friendly staff, close to dollar general and gas statio . Easily the best value in Holly Springs. The hotel seems to be in the process of remodeling so I suspect the value and quality will only get better in time.

The manager is Raj, he is extremely helpful.
