Pros:

早餐不是誇張的豐富，但基本滿足要的都有。親子友善程度高，房間內及冰箱飲品免費值得讚許，在國際通中間地帶，地點極佳，逛街毫無時間壓力！

兩單床加一的沙發床不是太好睡。

妻との沖縄旅行最後の夜を台無しにされました。また、それと同時に最低の誕生日となりました。

ロケーションは良い。清潔感もあった。

Cons:

到着した5/27の夜、チェックインして早々に「大浴場は使えません」と淡々と告げられ、開いた口が塞がらなかった。配管トラブルが理由らしいが、そんなもの“発生した時点で”予約者に連絡するのが最低限のサービスではないのか。

長旅で疲れ切った身体を癒やすつもりでこのホテルを選んだのに、その目論見は見事に崩壊。正直、到着直後から気分は最悪だった。

さらに呆れたのは、他の宿泊客には近隣の入浴施設の案内チラシを配っていたのに、私たちには一切渡されなかったこと。

こちらからホテルマンに伝えると「すぐお部屋にお持ちします」と言っていたが、案の定、最後まで届かず。言うだけ言って放置するとは、サービス業としてどうかしている。

総じて、情報共有の杜撰さ、フォローの甘さ、気遣いの欠如が目立つ残念な滞在だった。大浴場が使えないこと自体よりも、その後の対応の雑さに強い不信感を覚えた。

People were friendly and easy to locate historical sites

Cons:

It would be nice if public transportation such as monorail system is further extended throughout island.
Apparently bus system exist, but some people need a choice for certain reason….

Probably, the best option to stay on Kokusai Doori.

Zaczynając od śniadania: jajecznica z proszku, soki z koncentratów, personel cały czas przypominał o końcu śniadania, 30/40min przed czasem. Uważam że to niekulturalne i przeszkadzało! Nie polecam nocować tam ze śniadaniem. Piźama, kapcie oraz szlafrok-tylko do użytku w pokoju! Żeby pójść na onsen trzeba się ubrać w codzienny strój, skorzystać z onsenu, przebrać się znów w ubranie w którym się przyszło bądź przyniosło na zmianę, bo recepcja odsyłała ludzi do pokoju. Żeby skorzystać z onsenu lub silowni trzeba się było zgłosić do recepcji, czego nigdy nie widziałem! Siłownia zamknięta przed czasem podanym na informacyjnej ulotce o funkcjonowaniu hotelu! Dodatkowo nie była sprzątnięta a korzystałem z niej kilka dni pod rząd!
