Cons:

When we checked in we're so happy to come to this hotel. However, when we get in the room, we are so speechless and terrified because kids saw a human bloodstain on the duvet. It literally shocked us. It aldo defames this hotel which always has a good name of it's demanding cleanness. We are so worried that the hotel management seems unaware of this. We called the front desk. The staff has come up to check the bloodstain and then the room keeping team come to chang the duvet. I think such mistake and carelessness shouldn't have happened at this hotel

I would be more than happy to stay at the Hotel Collective again.
Pros:

I've been to Okinawa over 20 times and have stayed at various hotels in Naha over the years. I chose Collective more out of curiosity than anything; wondering how it compared to other hotels in the Kokusai Dōri area.

Being new, the facilities were immaculate and well maintained.

The lobby is nice and spacious, with interesting furniture and designer chairs--which was right up my alley. The staff were friendly and efficient. Check and out were professional, smooth, and lickety-split.

The pool was good-sized considering the limitations of the property. At any rate, bigger than I expected. It would be nice if there was more greenery to the south side of the pool. Ah, but I nitpick.

Downstairs there is a rather good gym, much better than many of the "gym" found in other hotels in Okinawa. You can actually get a proper workout in there.

The bath, sauna and mist room were also better than expected. Best of all, these facilities were not only free of charge but, for the most part, EMPTY! Where was everyone?

As for the room, it too was larger than I expected. Nice surprise there. The shower was lovely. The amenities were considerable. The view--we were on the 12th floor--could have been better, but this is Naha. You don't really stay in the city for the view. If you want that, then I suggest staying somewhere facing a beach.

I would be more than happy to stay at the Hotel Collective again.

家族全員の評判も良く沖縄再訪の際はリピートしたい。

国際通りの中心地に位置していること。
建物に高級感があり、各スタッフの対応がきめ細かく気持ち良かった。
プール•ナイトバー•朝食のブッフェなどを利用したが、他のホテルと比べてワンランク上のサービスだと感じ満足度は高かった。

Cons:

私の認識不足かも知れませんが、国際通り正面のメイン出入り口に自動ドアが無い？
高齢者の母が「開けられなかった」とボヤいていた。
