Un séjour reposant dans un cadre agréable dommage pour le laisser aller !

Cons:

Établissement un peu vieillissant au niveau des installations, piscine salle toute verte autour du carrelage jacuzzi tiède et ampoules hs, vitres du spa très salles le personnel semble très jeune et peu managé, des bouteilles de champagne traînent dans les couloirs et personne ne ramasse !!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Le personnel étaient très agréable et attentionné , et la nourriture variait.

Cons:

Nous avons eu du bruit une nuit, qui a été solutionné dès le lendemain après avoir signalé au personnel, qui a été très réactif.

Cons:

Chambre accès sans ascenseur alors que nous avions une poussette, manque d'entretien des chambres. Piscine ayant des negligeance sur les infrastructures.

Functional place to stay
Pros:

Comfortable rooms and good breakfast staff at the hotel were very helpful

Cons:

Long route to the room The hotel was clean but not very homely There didn’t seem to attention to detail. Boot room was functional but I didn’t feel our kit was kept in the best conditions. Shampoo dispenser was not filled up. Small details but they make the difference

Semaine parfaite avec une météo et un enneigement incroyable !
Pros:

la formule demi-pension offre un petit déjeuner très complet et un diner avec différents plats variés chaque jour
ainsi qu'un gouter servit vers 17.00 et une offre complète pour prendre l'apéritif sont compris dans la formule
le personnel en salle est très bien

Leuk hotel om te verblijven en op wandelafstand van de skiliften.
Pros:

Ontbijt was standaard maar lekker. De middagsnackjes waren gevarieerd en zeer lekker. De dranken die aangeboden werden bij de all in formule waren goede producten en er was een ruime keuze.

Cons:

De badkamer is aan de kleine kant.

Highly recommend this hotel. Really comfortable at a very affordable price.
Pros:

Room was perfectly adequate with separate loo and bathroom. Ample storage and sockets plus a lovely south facing balcony. Catering at dinner and breakfast offered a huge variety of options for all tastes. The spa was excellent, we use it every day and enjoyed the relaxing ambience. A great choice for families and couples alike. Really good access to the lifts and very central for the town.

Cons:

Our bed was rather noisy but otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
