Simplement faudrait bien vérifier l'état toutes chambres et porte avant les mettre aux nouveaux clients pour éviter certaines désagréablement:

Le serrure de la porte á la chambre qui était loué á moi était bien endommagé.

Bien possible que je pouvais fermer la porte mais la sécurité n'était pas assurée.

L'aspect visuel de cette porte force vous prête une image qui n'est pas favorable pour fidéliser la clientèle.

Pratique mais bruyant.
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique.

Cons:

Bruyant (trafic, pubs à proximité, cloches de l'église en face).
Problèmes au moment du check in et du check out. On a dû appeler à plusieurs reprises pour résoudre les problèmes de mails non reçus.

Pros:

To access the room was simple but the noise in the room was horrible. We had the noise of the discotheque in the room until at least 3 in the morning. We coud not sleep. It is not possible to have a hotel in the same building than a discotheque.
In addition, the room windows didn't have any curtains at all so we had the lights in the room all night.

L'emplacement devant la gare avec les transports

Cons:

L'isolation est absolument inexistante. On entend les gens au terasse avoisinantes depuis le 4 étages. Et surtout la terasse et boîte de nuit qui met de la salsa à fond aussi bien dehors que à l'intérieur.
Impossible à dormir sans bouchon anti bruits.
On y retournera pas c'est sûr.

La chambre est propre et spacieuse.

Cons:

La discothèque dont les basses font vibrer le miroir de la salle de bain. Il ne faut pas être sensible au bruit pour s’endormir.
Peut-être plus calme en semaine…

C’est dommage. Malgré des chambres de qualité, impossible de dormir.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et literie agréable

Cons:

L’emplacement : établissement de nuit au sous sol, très mauvaise insonorisation. Rue très bruyante.
