Toller Aufenthalt, mitten in Interlaken!
Pros:

Ich habe seit Jahren keine Gastfreundlichkeit wie hier im Hotel Bernerhof erlebt. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und hatte wirklich Freude an ihrer Arbeit. An der Anreise hatte ich eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Stadt Interlaken samt Gästekarte Rabatte und bei Fragen an weiteren Tagen würde ich gerne geholfen. Vor meiner Anreise habe ich wg der Hitze um ein beschattenes und ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten und die Team haben das einwandfrei gemacht.

Die Lage in Interlaken ist ganz toll - mittendrin - und von meinem Balkon einen schönen Überblick der Stadt.

Cons:

Ich habe bewusst ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage gebucht, was in normalen Jahren kein Problem wäre. Die Ventilatoren haben ja geholfen aber trotzdem war es immer noch warm. Ich habe täglich meine Gardinen geschlossen lassen, um die Hitze zu dämpfen aber sind jedes Mal von dem Zimmerreinigungsteam bei der Reinigung geöffnet worden. Ich weiß in der Schweiz ist das Thema Klimaanlage ein schwieriges Thema aber wenn nicht überall gewünscht, würde ich entweder bessere Fensterläden oder Gardinen mit UV Schutz empfehlen (und auch die Gardinen zu lassen!)

Pros:

Staff were friendly, location was good, room was a good size, it was clean and had a fridge. Coffee machine was available for us to use 24 hrs, fan supplied quiet room even though it was in a busy area
