Pros:

The room was small but well thought out. The loft bed was cute. The king mattress was the most comfortable hotel room bed I've ever slept in. The 1700s writing in a frame was awesome! Bathroom was beautiful.

Cons:

I honestly didn't like the ladder going to loft. The rungs were rebar and hurt to climb. A rectangular rung would be best other than that everything was awesome and incredible value!

Pros:

We loved everything about the property. Yes, the room was small, but it was cozy for the two of us and had everything we needed. Apart from the amenities in the room, the property also had a central living space with a full-size refrigerator and free coffee. It was also located on the main street where you found everything from food to coffee shops and record stores. I’m a vinyl junkie. We also visited Salem, which was less than a 10 minute drive. Colleen, the on-site property manager was also very accommodating to a last-minute scheduling conflict. I was already going to rate this a 10 based on her customer service skills even before stepping onto the property.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

Pros:

The place was small but very well laid out so that it wasn’t uncomfortable. I was taking the train into Salem and it was very walkable and easy to access. The shops that were close by were great as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and I so appreciated the cold filtered water available.

Pros:

It was easily the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on (including my own hahah)! I arrived late and had issues with the key, but the virtual support I got was accessible within minutes and solved my problem easily.
Spacious, well organised and clean room.
The staff I met in the morning was kind and helpful.
Easy walk to the train station, which is very convenient.

Cons:

Minor issue with the key, but it was easily solved!
They have a second bed on top of the bathroom WHICH I DIDN'T USE, but the access is a bit difficult and the room was not very spacious. So I think the space would be more comfortable for 1 or 2 persons in the lower level bed.

It’s a cute hotel. They give you welcome snacks and tea and coffee as well as sparkling water!

Cons:

The room is tiny! They do warn you about it but it’s still extremely small.
