The perfect hotel if you want to stay downtown within walking distance to everything!
Pros:

It's a very small hotel with only 12 rooms on one floor. It's not part of any major chain & is locally owned so I'm happy I stayed there! The Staff were super friendly and the accommodations were small but totally functional and super clean! It was perfect because we wanted to stay right down town so we could be within walking distance to everything especially the theatre where we saw a show. Parking is just behind the hotel & super reasonable.

Cons:

Well the room was small but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. They did offer to upgrade us to a larger room without charge but we needed 2 beds so we had to take the smaller room with the Queen Bed & the Twin Bunk Bed Loft

Think "glamping" trip
Pros:

Great location. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was very tiny and difficult to navigate. It was similar to a camping trip. There is absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. No exhaust fan, etc.
Would be suitable for a single person.

Pros:

Very quaint hotel very close and convenient to Salem. Good location with plenty of places to walk to eat.

My kid just started learning English and the staff was very polite and kind to her. She mentioned to the desk front man
