Hot water was not available. No proper sound proof .

Some of the kindest and most helpful front desk staff that I have experienced. Room was totally fine and the facilities are good. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty. Very convenient to the train station, but otherwise the location is not anything. If you need to be by the train station, you’re not gonna do better.

Property looked awesome. Staff was quick and helpful. Room walls were not clean.

Dirty place

I only stayed for a quick overnight halt. My first room stunk of cigarette - they allow this in India - and ac didn't work - Make sure you ask for no smoking! The second room did not smell of smoke, and the ac worked, and was reasonably clean. The staff were helpful. It iis situated next to the rail lines, and every hour through the night the massive trains blow their massive horns. It wss cheap - it feels like a hotel for workers. The reastaurant and bar was useful.

My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel.

Very bad property, shabby interiors of rooms. They charged even for the smallest thing like a toothbrush even after payin ₹5500 for a night, very overpriced. I would not stay here again.

One thing good about the property was that the breakfast was good.

The price of the property per night should not be more than ₹3,500.

Front desk was very helpful to all my requests.And the restaurant had authentic Goan food…nice overall I would definitely recommend to my friends to stay.its very quiet even though it’s right in the city center.

Literally across the road from station so ear plugs a good idea. Needs some updating in rooms and typical Indian standard of cleaning but good air con and nice staff. Good on site restaurant way too far from beach if that’s your pla.

Nice hotel, polite staff great restaurant on site with good selection and nice staff, we had dinner and breakfast and stayed a second time. Area is ok ( I’m from UK) with 2 huge and interesting markets out of hotel turn right 5 mins walk. V close to station you can hear trains all night so maybe ear plugs required. Not good if you want beach hotel but fab for the station. Oh great air con.

駅近くと、市場からも近く、レストランも数多くある。また近くに大きい病院があるのでATMや両替も事欠かない。あとはプールがあれば問題無しです。朝食は美味しい。タクシーは駅の反対側に大きな乗り場があるのでそこから何処までも行ける。駅の中のレストランは結構遅くまで空いているので大変便利です。部屋の中の冷蔵庫やその他色々の音がうるさかった。

Room is quite nice. Clean but the train station is next door so can be noisy. They have a diner in hotel. Location not good because about 5km from beach. So if you're planning to spend most of your time at beach stay at one of the resorts on the beach there are plenty. There is not much in Margoa so not much to do near hotel, kind of dodgy neighborhood plus limited eating areas.

With so many great hotels in the area - avoid this one if your budget allows.

Pros: Cheap, 24 hour reception, no bugs in the room

Cons: Staff did not speak English which made check in difficult, there was a lot of black mold in the room (pictures attached), even putting in the key card into the reader made the entire plate fall off and we had tried to fix it ourselves. They also turn off the hot water at a certain time and you have to go down to reception and ask them to turn it back on and wait about 30 minuets. Front desk was unwilling or unable to call a cab. Had to track down some guys outside.
