Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast.

In particular, the staff was outstanding accommodating our requests and going above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the breakfast room team. A great stay overall.

Charming hotel with helpful staff, located near major attractions but quiet. Lots of dining options nearby. The only issue for us was the very firm mattresses were uncomfortable. They did give us an extra duvet, though, which worked well as a pillow top for the mattress. Again, very nice accomodating staff.

Location worked well for Museums, Metro,

The staff went far to provide superior service. we loved the location as well as the outdoor balcony. They also provided drinks at a very competitive price. I really appreciated the service and quality provided by the Hotel and Staff.

Great hotel. All 3 desk clerks were great. Helpful, polite and responsive. Shuttle to airport was very nice. Concerned about metal bars blocking window exit on floor zero rooms- block room exit in fire situation, but we were allowed to move to a floor 1 room without bars. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel 100 %.

The staff was incredibly friendly, most notably the manager Julie. The area is nice and quiet but still close to the islands - nice neighbourhood with a few great restaurants. We had connecting rooms for our kids and it worked out great. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Lovely hotel. Great location walking distance to Notre Dame, the Pantheon and the Seine River. The only issue was that the elevator only went to the fifth floor and our room was on the 6th floor! My husband and I are 70 years old. That last flight was a bit of a challenge! Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Small hotel but very clean the only thing I didn’t like it is there isn’t shampoo in the bathroom
