uns wurde ein paar Stunden vor checkin über WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass 1 von 3 Zimmern (für 3 Nächte) storniert wurde. es gab kein alternativ angebot.

erst als wir vor Ort insistierten, fand sich plötzlich ein Zimmer....

Pros:

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the possibility to order breakfast additionally and to use a common kitchen and dining room with amazing view from a balcony. Ms. Lana was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Our balcony was very small (too narrow for sitting), but other than that everything was perfect.
