Mein neues Lieblingshotel in Istanbul

Das Biter Hotel in Istanbul hat mich vollkommen überzeugt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt – besonders in Istanbul.

Das Frühstück war überragend und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Außerdem standen den Gästen den ganzen Tag kostenlos Tee, Kaffee und Wasser zur Verfügung.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Klimaanlage und das WLAN funktionierten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts einwandfrei.

Ab sofort ist das Biter Hotel mein Favorit in Istanbul. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und kann das Hotel jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Am achiziționat două camere duble și am primit două camere single care sunt prevăzute cu pat dublu. Menționez ca camera primita nu corespunde cu cea plătită. Am dorit să discut această problemă cu staff ul hotelului, moment în care aceștia s au atacat și au devenit defensivi, spunându-mi ca nu am dreptate.
Camera in care am fost cazat avea o perdea de duș ce prezenta mucegai.
Totodată, mai menționez faptul că după semnalarea problemei arătate mai sus, unii din membrii staffului au adoptat o atitudine dezamăgitoare, prin aceea ca nu salutau sau nu răspundeau la saluturile adresate de către noi.

Excellent location – since we enjoy walking, we were able to visit all the main attractions on foot. We arrived by car, and there was parking available right in front of the hotel. The terrace offers an unforgettable panoramic view in every direction. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean.
What impressed us the most was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. During our stay, my husband celebrated his birthday, and they surprised him with a cake and a gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
We highly recommend this hotel!

Удобное расположение отеля. До основных достопримечательностей пешком от 15 до 30 минут. Хорошие номера с кондиционером, чайником, холодильником.Доброжелательный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь. Большим плюсом - терраса на крыше отеля где открывается великолепный вид на Золотой Рог, а также на Галатскую башню. Вкусный, сытный завтрак. Если ещё раз приеду в Стамбул то однозначно остановлюсь в этом отеле.
