Pros:

La camera era molto bella e spaziosa (piano rialzato con balcone) e la struttura è immersa nel verde di un giardino tropicale con piscina che sembra un cenote.
La distanza da Tulum per noi non era un problema dato che avevamo un'auto a noleggio ma considerate che si trova a circa 20 minuti di auto dalla città.

Cons:

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata.
Lo staff non è stato molto disponibile abbiamo notato parecchio distacco.
Il ristorante aveva orari ridotti e non molte opzioni disponibili (siamo stati durante il periodo di capodanno potrebbe essere dovuto a questo).
La strada è parecchio trafficata ma dalla nostra camera non si sentiva.

Petit hôtel très sympathique et très agréable!
Pros:

Le site est incroyable et les chambres sont propres et décorées avec goût! Il y a même un hamac dans la chambre! Le déjeuner est le meilleur qu’on ait pris au Mexique jusqu’à maintenant! Le personnel est très accueillant!

Perfect Stay
Pros:

I love everything about this property. I stay here every time I return to Francisco uh May. Their pool is looks like a cenote and is always cool and refreshing. Their property has plenty of hammocks, including in the room, to relax in. Lots of shade and the restaurant is right there as well.

Cons:

Nothing...everything is great.

Best experience I had while in Mexico.
Pros:

The locstion, staff, and food were all exceptional. Daní is a superhero! The pool was so welcoming after a hot day of exploring the area. It's also quiet and away from the craziness of Tulúm.

Cons:

The only challenge was adjusting the shower temperature and pressure, which was somewhat variable. But this was a manageable issue.

Pros:

The rooms are impeccably clean, the decor is minimal but elegant.. and the pool with an overload of nature, flowers makes it a mini paradise. You can sit by the magical pool all day and be mesmerized by the butterflies, dragonfly, birds... And enjoy the delicious food from the restaurant. Loved it here. ,

Loud music, next to very busy high way, unwelcoming
Pros:

Bed very comfortable
Room very clean - cleaned daily and fresh towels brought
Small but delicious breakfast included
While there, staff were responsive to a repair
A few eateries nearby and a small convenience store
The site looks very beautiful - lots of lush plants
Small but clean pool
"Collectivo" bus drops you outside the hotel
The bus stop to go back into Tulúm is close by
Cleaning and maintenance team were friendly

Cons:

I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

Unresponsive, unhelpful Host before I arrived and after I left - didn't reply to messages, e.g. the best way to arrive on public transport

Area around hotel very dirty - one hut at the entrance is full of garbage, plastic bottles etc

On public transport, it isn't that easy to get around even once you arrive in the centre of Tulúm - better to have a car or share a taxi

Hotel is on a very busy main road - so many freight trucks going by, and work men coming to eat.

The hotel itself seems unfinished in its construction- beyond the pool and baños, there is nothing

Unfriendly staff in the restaurant (except 1 guy) and locals who stay there were borderline hostile. This makes for an intimidating atmosphere

I was charged double the price of a drink one night.. I felt uncomfortable and not welcome.

Loud music plays ALL day - 7.30am until 11pm. Feels like a party hostel. People around the pool also using speakers to play loud music.

Small things: lighting v bright in room and bathroom, could do with a bedside lamp and more clothing hangers.

These reasons made me leave early and ask for refund from Booking.com
