Midtown Hotel

We stayed at the Mid Town hotel for a few days sightseeing in Baku. I think it must have been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had in an hotel.

The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful - from the efficient receptionists, to the lovely dining room staff, to the cheerful and thorough cleaner. Mustn’t forget the Spa guys either! Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. My personal favourite was the lovely Aytac but everyone was great. Many hotels have great customer service but the difference with the folk at the Midtown hotel was that they seemed genuinely pleased to have us stay there. The warmth we felt from them was amazing.

The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean with good facilities. The food is really good too - the breakfast selection was extensive and tasty and we were able to try local dishes in the evening. Some of the restaurant tables have an amazing view of the Flame Towers.

Our room was upgraded (thank you!) and was both palatial and really clean. The bed was enormous and the pillows not too firm. The Spa seemed really authentic and well equipped. Not what we think of as a ‘spa’ in the UK - much more like a hammam.

The location is away from the tourist areas which we preferred and only a 10 minute walk from Baku’s main transport hub (rail, metro and buses) - so the hotel is really convenient for travelling around the city.

All in all the MidTown hotel helped to make our trip to Baku unforgettably brilliant. Massive thank you to everyone - you rock!

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent — a wide variety of fresh options, beautifully presented, and very delicious. The restaurant supervisor Samir was attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great start to the day! Highly recommended

We stayed at Hotel Midtown from May 19th and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly kind especially Samir from the restaurant and Sabina from housekeeping, professional, and always ready to help, which truly enhanced our stay. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully managed. A special highlight was the spa, which offered the perfect space to relax after a day of explorin- peaceful, and beautifully designed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

They have done a lot of work here rehabbing a building showing its age. The effort yields a 4 star experience with a well trained staff who are accommodating. Lots of dining and shopping options very close by. There is a large Walmart sized grocery right next door. I have enjoyed my stay here and would return.

AC works well. Rare for a European hotel. Asked for an iron and ironing board, one was brought right up. Needed batteries for my TV remote and they were brought right up.

This staff gets an "A" for their good effort.

We stayed here for two nights. Hotel is in a good location not far from the sea and lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good the omelettes were fab and the staff helpful. view from our room was over a building site but we weren't there for the view. The rooms and hotel was clean and tidy. There was a good, well stocked supermarket very near and ATMs

We spent seven nights at Midtown Hotel, a good hotel in the city center, close to May 28 shopping center and Shirvan Shah Restaurant Museum. The hotel breakfast was good, but the daily variety was small and it was repeated every day. Housekeeping was good, but they left few consumable items such as shampoo, Nescafe, and water

I did stay in severals hôtels in Baku and Midtown is the best place you could find. The staff is Amazing and really helpfull, the breakfast is incredible, the location is perfect... I Will give 10 stars if It could be possible. Many thanks to all of you. See you soon!
